I have been coming to this location for well over a year at least a few times a week. The past few months I've had alot of bad experiences but today is the reason I wont be coming back. I ordered delivery but there was no option to not put raspberries into the drink I ordered. Anytime I get this drink in store this is never an issue so I still placed the order and called them right after placing it to ask for no raspberries. The girl who answered the phone was super nice honestly she sounded just as confused as I was with the response her manager gave her. She told me that because it was a door dash order they couldn't just not put the raspberries into the drink. Mind you im not asking them to add or remake an entire different drink or even multiple things in the drink. Just dont put the raspberries in. Saying they cant because its a doordash order makes absolutely no sense at all. I know this isn't a rule because I also order from the location off 2222 when im working and have never had this issue. On top of that I work in a resturant that uses doordash for delivery and I know for a fact this isn't a rule. Of course im not going to call and ask to change the entire drink order i totally get that not being allowed but in my opinion this was just laziness and not at all how you run a buisness and expect people to want to come back and spend their money. What if someone is allergic to raspberries? Why not list all the ingredients in the drink under the "no options" to allow the same customization as you give in store? This location has really gone down hill in customer service. I know they probably dont care about one person not coming back but I would so much rather pay extra to get delivery from the location on 2222 than give this location...
Read moreI was poisoned, twice! On Tuesday me and a colleague ordered the Home Run from Juiceland. Roughly 3 hours after consuming the Smoothie, I suddenly felt nauseous. I ran to the bathroom and got violently I'll, throwing up until I had nothing left. About 15 minutes later I returned to the bathroom to throw up the little water I consumed after the first purge. I live 20 minutes from my office and threw up 3 more times on the way home. When I got home...another 2 purges. After a 3 hour nap and sipping small amounts of Gatorade to stay hydrated, I was almost out of the woods. It was all diarrhea for the rest of the night.
The next day I was fine. Nobody else in the office or at home was or has been sick since, with one exception, my colleague who also consumed a Smoothie from Juiceland on Ranch Road 620 in Austin, TX. I have been feeling great ever since. Today however...I got another Smoothie. Two hours later...same thing all over again. Oh, also, our office contacted Juiceland, explained the situation and asked them to contact me.... they laughed at her and gave her the corporate hr email address... BTW, we have been ordering Smoothies for the office every day for about a year. No more.
Since Juiceland employees and management dont seem to care, I reported the incident to several other consumer protection entities. Someone needs to...
Read moreI am torn. I absolutely love juiceland. This is my go to store I order from here multiple times a month. My only quarrel is the consistency in the order. I usually order the same 3 things, w/ add ons. My problem is I can tell when they’re not added in. Such as the hemp protein or extra fruit I might ask for. I do question whether the other boosters get in there since it’s all blended. I’ve had them miss the coconut oil topper on multiple occasions in the smoothie bowl and that is one of my favorite things about it. Just recently I ordered a smoothie bowl w/ yogurt, they had the decency to call me and tell me they were out of the yogurt and asked if I’d like anything else in it. I told them to add extra frozen banana. Whether that happened I dont know. What I think upset me most is they knew they were out of the yogurt but still only gave me half a bowl. I paid for a full bowl so I expected as much. They overloaded it with more granola and pineapple topper. I unfortunately didn’t realize it until I was home. Overall I still love juiceland, just see inconsistency w/ my orders caused me to give it 4 vs 5 stars. I can tell by the color and texture especially if the protein is missed. The images look like I took multiple bites out of it, at this point I had only stuck my spoon in before realizing...
