We shopped here for the first time. Amazon bought Whole Foods almost two years ago and Amazon Prime members get special pricing. We shopped and when we got to check out the cashier asked us to show that we were Amazon Prime members. I don't have to log in with my password because my phone remembers my login information. I showed the cashier my Prime screen and it had my name and town I live in. He said that wasn't good enough; to press "Home" and log in. I showed him again but he said that it wasn't enough. I wasn't going to argue but I let the cashier know that I was unhappy. We left him with our basket of food. I tried to call Whole Foods after we left the store but the phone was busy for hours on a Saturday. I called Amazon to complain. They were apologetic but said Whole Foods management would not be present until Monday. Amazon got me in touch with Whole Foods upper management on Monday. The rep apologized and said someone would call from the store. No one called. I found out later that I needed a Whole Foods app. But there was no customer service, no store management, nor was there a phone number that worked. The prices that were special to Prime members were much higher than Costco. I won't...
Read moreDriving through here is a pain in my kaboose. And that's why I took off one star. Other than that you can spend all day here. Chuy's for the drinks, Whole Foods for the hippie stuff, Costco for the household items and those cheap polish dogs. I went to the eye doctor here, my kid went to the music school. Always exit William cannon for tacos, subs, pancakes, noodles or italian here. A play ground for kids, and my bank is here. This shopping center has crummy parking, so be prepared. The spaces here should be bigger than usual because everybody drives an SUV or truck to haul their 10 children and multiple dogs everywhere. Behind the shops there are footpaths where you can take a relaxing walk. I used to walk through here as a kid and it was cool to see the stores eventually being added and it looks about full now, but I'm sure theres something they could throw in there to make it better, maybe a more active venue. Kinda like chuys but with a lot of live music, festivals. etc. There looks to be some...
Read moreFrom Costco to Whole Foods, Arbor Trails is a good one-stop shopping location. While pricey, Whole Foods has an eclectic selection of all grocery needs, and Costco has the same but in quantity. Also in Arbor Trails are a number of fun dining options, my favorite being Mandola's Italian Trattoria and Bakery. The bakery reminds me of the old style family run establishments of my childhood, where everything is made by the Mandolas, right from the cannolis to the seasonal flavors of gelati. Chuy's (pronounced "Chew eees") offers traditional Mexican dishes, all reasonably priced. The wait during the dinner hours can be 30 minutes or more if you have specific seating requests but there are indoor and outdoor options with something to please everyone. On a sad note, there was a Staples store up until very recently, but there still remain a number of smaller shops, including a Healthy Pet...
