First of all having a bad experience in an all pink office is quite impossible! Upon arrival the front desk was so warm and inviting, they checked me in then gave me a boxed water. I sat in the pink chairs while I waited for my treatment with Lauren. Lauren was AMAZING. First, she is so beautiful and very friendly. She took me to the treatment room and we discussed what I was looking to do. Just from talking with me she evaluated my face and noticed the exact places I needed the Botox. Specifically in my chin and upper lip. I have been to different places in the past several years to receive treatment, but never experienced someone with this amount of knowledge and sharpness. Their social media director Bre was also fabulous, they both made me feel gorgeous and like the day was all about me. Lauren made sure I was numbed up before starting on my lip/chin filler and tox. I mean really numb I hardly felt anything and it was great. She also used a numbing spray in between almost every poke. I felt like I could trust her so I gave her the freedom to do what she thought looked good for my face. And she did NOT disappoint. I would recommend her to all my friends, people nervous about their first time, people scared of needles, or people not sure of what they want to do. She is 10/10. Not sure where to begin: I previously had fillers done by Kat who was sweet but left me unhappy with my lower lip. I have had filler in the past twice so I understand that previous work could play a roll into this but I promise my filler was not so migrated and horrible until then. I returned for an adjustment but was still left unsatisfied. I returned almost a year later and figured I would try Callie. The office was running a special for $600 but of course when I arrived she upsold me a " better product" for $800. She was not nice and warm like Kat was but I was looking for better work so I ignored it. Callie was so rough and injected all of the filler I had paid for into one spot that left a huge ball of filler in my lower lip that needed to be dissolved 2 weeks later. Product was also placed in very odd spots on the inside of my lips past the vermillion border causing me to feel gross lumps where again filler was wasted. I'm so dissatisfied with my lips. The " better filler" she recommended felt hard and gross for almost a month. I am so sad and feel like she removed everything I paid for after wasting it in one spot which felt like it was done deliberately. I was bruised for 3 weeks and sore for a month. It felt like I had been punched in the mouth and this was my 4th time ever having filler and I had never felt this before. The aesthetics of the place is not worth it. I would not...

I went in pretty blind to what I wanted and Lauren held my hand every step of the way. She helped me obtain beautiful facial symmetry and a nice refreshing look that I desired after having my baby. My self esteem was hurting after pregnancy and I knew I needed to do something about it. I got lip and cheek filler and Botox for my forehead and neck to enhance my jawline. The full facial balancing treatment. My husband was very hesitant on me getting any sort of work until I discovered Lauren’s work. I showed him her Instagram and he knew I would be in great hands. I drove about a hour specifically to see her and I have absolutely no regrets. Lauren is an expert not only on the medical side of things but she also has an artistic eye giving her an advantage over other injectors in the area. She is truly a professional and I trust her in all aspects of injections. She was extremely responsive when I got nervous about the Botox and sure enough everything looked perfect as promised with time. What I really liked is she didn’t just brush off my concern she was quick to respond and gave me the affirmation I needed in a timely manner.
