So, I really love this place. First of all, how can you not love the name "Cosmic Pickle?" (Seriously.) There's a good amount of parking, both in the lot or on the street. During the week, it's not hard to get a parking spot. On the weekend, especially with nice weather, you might want to come early or you might have to do a couple of laps, but you can eventually find a spot. (I get serious "parking anxiety," and this place doesn't bother me at all.)

Very large outdoor area for seating. And I mean, there's a lot of seating. There are long and short picnic tables and four-top tables and chairs by the fire pits. Some tables have umbrellas if you prefer sitting in the shade. It's a great place to hang out with friends or to come have a coffee and/or eat by yourself.

The coffeehouse itself is at the forefront of the property, when you walk into the entrance-area. Super cute little place, very open, yet very cozy. There's a deck attached to the coffeehouse. Truth be told, I have only had their cappuccino with almond milk and their latte with almond milk. But! to be fair, I've had the cappuccino a lot. And it's really good. I will go out of my way to get coffee here.

There are several food trucks, but I am partial to Wow Poke. This is something else I will go out of my way to get. But you have other options of burgers or chicken or tacos or Asian-inspired food.

If you are on the fence about visiting Cosmic Pickle, get off that fence and just go do it. Totally worth it.
