Cedar Park - Way overpriced and almost a switch and bait process when buying tickets online. Paid over $70 for two kids to play. Got the ultimate tickets which said it was for all day play and all events. Get there and check in and are told no...it's only 2 hrs of play. That a lot of people are upset because it does not say that when purchasing. That is just the beginning. The other issues I have is it is much smaller and run down then their website and pictures indicate. There was no "arcade" except for vending machines. The actual jump areas are very small as well as all their other attractions and very run down. They claimed they had a nice parent area with massage chairs, tvs etc where you can view your kids playing behind glass while you work etc. It was a joke. No closed off area. No massage chairs. A few cafe tables that were on their last let's and wobbly. So loud almost impossible to work which is what I had planned to do while they played. Next, the food area. Lordy. They had one kid working a register and 4 people behind him doing whatever they could to not help. One kid was literally putting lids on cups and lining them up (empty) on a display stand and doing it so slow I almost felt bad for him. There were about 8 of us in line and I understood as we were leaving and saw the line reach the whole length of the building why 8 people did not bother them when they are used to 40 or so. While you are waiting in line..the kids are missing out on play time because I had to have someone watch my laptop and stuff since it was just out in a open area and didn't want to lose the table I had it one since there were only 5 total.  So playtime is now down to about 1.5hrs. They just wanted some water since there is no fountains or anything. We will definitely never go back. They were packed for sure but it is clear they are not putting any of those profits back into the place. There are so many greater places for kids that are actually worth the cost. Do not recommend at all.

I’m pretty disappointed in our visit. It is dirty, several things are broken or undermantained. Several staff members played on their devices when they should have been working. Apparently I witnessed a staff member fondling himself for at least 15 min, but he wasn’t wearing his safety vest so I didn’t realize it was a staff member until 30 minutes after the incident. Some staff closed parts of the park because they were needing to do the safety harnesses… after the same staff had been sitting on their phones for 20+ minutes when no one was in line and they could have been doing the harnesses. The tubes course had several features broken, with raw metal uncovered. The basketball trampoline area was missing foam over the springs, there were springs missing, and the netting was broken on two of the 3 sides. The manager was great, addressed my concerns, and was going to review cameras. My kids had a good time, but I’m sure they will be sick later based on how dirty everything was. On a side note, we bought the summer passes before I realized how dirty and broken so many things were. I guess we will be back?

Was just here on July 13, 2023 at around noon on a Sunday. Probably our third or fourth time here. Kids had fun, but this place looks like it’s on the verge of being shut down. If you look at the pictures, stuff is ripped and falling apart everywhere. It is dirty and dark. Lights were flickering or out, when we walked in, they have one light in the entrance area and it was out, so the whole area where you are checking in was dark/dim. There was a worker sitting up front with a black hoody on and the hood up, looking like they were not happy to be there. Saw her again over at the zip line area and no hoody this time, but same frown the whole time. Kind of a downer for the kids. And to really top it off - my five year old was trying to go to the bathroom and the seat of the toilet fell off and he landed on the ground. Given the state of disrepair, I should have seen it coming. So, just know that this likely is how the clean/sanitize, which is scary! I could keep going with the issues we encountered…I would not recommend this location. For your health and safety, take the kids somewhere else.

I wish I could give 0 ratings , it was one of worst birthday party experience, I don't recommend this place for birthday party celebration, we were totally disappointed.

We had booked at Urban Air, Cedar park, the expensive ULTIMATE birthday party package for my son's 7th year birthday celebration with 10 kids invited. I called in a day before to check on the items the package covers and they informed us just to arrive 15 mins prior to booked time with just the Cake and rest all things will be provided. When we arrived on time, they made us wait due to unavailability of host and then the room. After some wait, we were provided the room and when we entered, we noticed not even a single balloon decoration,as they did mentioned over phone and rooms AC was not working and very very hot. When I asked to Host, she kept on saying, this is what it is and was very arrogant.somehow we settled and was waiting for a guests and when the guest arrived, there was no one for checking in the guests and kids were getting impatient. Some how after few minutes we were settled in, then host gave me shockers one after the other, first she mentioned, we are booked only for 7-8 , where as I was showing my email with confirmation of 7-9 and she kept on repeating the same, I asked her to check with her manager and she came back and said, yes it is 7-9 with no signs of guilt feel. I got a second shock , when the host gave only 2 pizzas, where as I booked 4. When I asked the host again, she said that is what it shows in her paper and I showed my email again and when I went to manager to talk about it, he checked in the system and said yes it is 4 and they said they will supply two more, but half of the kids stepped out by that time with out eating. I asked for replacement of host and the replacement host was good and humble, she was very sorry about situation and did mentioned they will waive off my additional Pizza charges. After all disappointing moments I came for final bill settlement and the biller charged me additional without waiving the Pizza cost as discussed earlier. When I asked for it, her manager said he is reversing for additional 36$ charged, which they did and said I am all set. But I doubt they did not credited back additional 36 $, so I checked my credit card statements and I was correct, they did not put back my money. Now I repeatedly called to the location, they give me some or the other reason, like they will put me on hold for indefinitely or they will disconnect the call or the latest one was they asked me to call over week days with less busy time and I need to talk to manager. I finally gave up, all my guests were all disappointed seeing what terrible time I had that day and even one of my guests had similar experience for her kids birthday.. My son's birthday event was spoiled and we all decided, we are not going this location again. Goodbye Urban Air.

I don't recommend this location to anyone, it's like spending so much money to spoil your kids occasion. Thank you Urban Air for spoiling my kids birthday...

I would leave zero star if I could.

I have had a TERRIBLE experience with the Cedar Park, Tx location multiple times. Requesting contact as soon as possible to discuss this matter and cancel memberships for both of my children.

An employee was running around throwing the cubes at other people, JETTING past small children carelessly. I submitted a complaint to a manager about this and I am not sure if she had a consequence or not. But this was completely unacceptable.

On a separate day; this same employee was on duty and supposed to be monitoring an area. She was sitting with a friend, on her phone and not doing her job. They were blocking my kids access to an area and my son asked if he could go in and the employee told him no, that the area was closed. I then asked my older daughter to go and ask why it was closed (there wasn’t a closed sign, just the 2 employees sitting there, eating and on their phones). They then moved (assuming they only moved because they saw me talking to my daughter and pointed that way asking her to ask them about it being closed), they had a bad attitude about the kids going in the area. Then they started to yell at our kids disrespectfully. My friend and I get up because obviously, we are upset that the employees are yelling at our kids, and the employees accuse my friend of taking a photo of them. She did not take a photo, she had her phone in her hand, she has no reason to take a photo of the employees. The employee reacts negatively and started to get in my friends face. My friend then asks for a manager. The manager reviews the video footage and says it looks like she did take a photo of the employee. My friend showed the manager her recent camera photos to prove that she didn’t take a photo. The employee was a minor, so she understood needing to prove that there was no photo taken of her. This employee has been troublesome every single time we have gone here.

My friend and I ended up getting kicked out, because my friend apparently took a photo of the employee. I was kicked out because I was “with her”. The manager was obviously intimidated by these other 2 employees and just seemed to listen to whatever they said. I have had a negative experience every time I’ve taken my kids here. I am contacting corporate in regards to this and requesting to cancel my membership. The manager is a kid, not an adult and had no idea how to take charge. The place is also trashed in general; garbage everywhere, holes, tears and parts of the foam that goes on the floor was missing in many spots. It was filthy and obviously not well kept.

Also, to top things off this employees mom showed up (not to be rude but she did not look well kept) and was rudely confronting my friend and I about taking a photo of her minor child, which again, no one took a photo of the employee. At this point we were being harassed by a non-employee. I will never take my kids here again and would never recommend this...

By far the worse kids birthday party experience. Similar to other comments, most hosts/coordinators are high school kids that have no idea what they are doing, are not supervised, are not helpful at all. Place is disgusting from all the play areas, to the private 'suite' as they called it that we rented for our kid's party and bathrooms (paper towel dispenser was broken). We had to keep chasing down our private party host/coordinator kid to get wristbands for kids on our party (even though we had paid for them already), get water, socks and generally all items that were included with the Ultimate Package we purchased and were supposed to be in our party room. From what their package advertised we did NOT get: balloons, t-shirt for the birthday kiddo, private dodgeball game. Food was put in our room without letting us know it's there, or announcing it we just happened to see it, since our private host was nowhere to be found. It's obvious management/owners just don't care as the place is super busy making them $$$ while they hire high school kids to work with no experience or supervision that they probably pay very poorly as well. At checkout our private host was nowhere to be found but we were told from someone else working there we had to go to the front to check out. They were asking us how many kids we had in our party and what food/items we got as they had no idea. Complete disorganization and chaos. Had we not been honest we could have gotten away telling them we had less kids or food than what we got. We gave feedback to the kid closing our tab at the front desk, but it's clear she didn't care. She did not apologize for the poor service at all, her demeanor was 'whatever', clearly she would not pass any of our feedback to any managers or our private host so he can improve as her only question after all this was: So how much tip you want to leave for your private host!!! LOL Last time we have a birthday party at this place or recommending to anyone else. AVOID...
