UPDATE: OK, me again! This location is going down the hill..
I stopped by the store yesterday night after a long day at work. Ordered my sandwich with 2 Sweet & Spicy Sriracha sauces, 1Honey Roasted BBQ and 2 Ketchup packets and fries. Received everything less the Sriracha sauces. I don't eat my sandwiches with ketchup (those are for the fries), so I look forward to have my sauces with my order so I don't eat a dry sandwich, but low and behold, this is the third time they forget to add them in the bag, even when the receipt itemizes everything that should be in it!
From my part I failed to double check, blame it on brain tiredness and my trust put on Chi-fil-A staff...buzzer noise. 20+ teenagers back in the kitchen and not one can get it together. It's like a party back there with so many kids just chatting away, standing looking as if they don't know what to do next..etc.
Do you really need all those kids back there? Having so many seems more like a distraction to each other and maybe the reason why they aren't paying attention to what they should be doing. This place used to be on point with their organization and orders flow, but now it seems it is managed by a bunch of unorganized teenagers with no manager on site.
Maybe is time for me to try the chicken sandwiches from across the street neighbor fast food place...a.k.a WTB I used to really like Chick-fil-A but little by little it's been a real disappointment with the food mostly; I've never had a problem with delivery personally.
The food is shrinking! I mean, I understand times are difficult, some items are scarce and more expensive, but if I'm going to have to pay more I expect it to be the same size it was before at least!
Side salad got smaller, barely any cherry/grape tomatoes and cheese. Missing items in sandwiches like pickles or cheese. Then it comes down to the chicken strips, which if they continue to make them smaller I cannot think what the nuggets size would be! I took a picture to compare the size and as you can see even the sauce packet is bigger! Barely any chicken and a lot of breading instead.
Honestly, they just lost me as customer. I rather save the $4.89+tax, get an air fryer and cook me some big chunky strips even if I have to wait 20 minutes more until ready. I'll save the gas and having to pay for almost...
Read moreI used mobile ordering with drive thru pickup. When I arrived at the pickup door my order wasn’t ready. I was very disappointed and frustrated. I’m tired of using mobile only to have wait longer, after already waiting in the drive thru line.
The employees at the window didnt seem to care at all. She eventually told me if I wanted a better experience I should park and come into the restaurant to pick up my order. I told her that was a stupid suggestion. That’s when her and the tall skinny kid let me have it. I asked for a manager. He happened to be standing right there. He said he didn’t hear any of the discussion and basically said I’d need to pull forward. I pulled forward and waited another 6 minutes. Took 10-15 minutes total, with 6 of it in the penalty parking spot. The order should have time stamps to verify.
Biggest concern is employee who think they can treat customers poorly. Both the girl and the guy. If I had been out of line speaking to them I’m sure the manager, who was standing right there, would have stepped in. Instead, he missed it all.
I should not have used the word stupid, but that was the best way to describe the girls suggestion. Why do you even have a drive thru if it really easier for your mobile order customers to have to park and come in the restaurant to pickup food???? As she said instructed.
Worst visit ever to any chick-fil-a anywhere. No one cared. Especially the people delivering the...
Read morei had a very bad experience here at this location. the management is rude and they do not own their mistakes. i was actually accused of trying to scam them out of a sandwich. i ordered a regular sandwich and received a spicy sandwich which set my mouth on fire. when i called to tell them i was hungry and because it was their mistake i wanted them to deliver me the correct order. i was told they could not do that, and i would have to be inconvenienced AGAIN by returning to the store to have my order replaced. when i inconvenienced myself (because it is the principle of the situation) and returned to the store I was told I had eaten the sandwich and would not receive a refund. I was smart enough to bring the uneaten meal to present to the manager, Santiago, who continued to argue with me and refused to return my money. after asking several times to PLEASE credit my card, he reluctantly complied. oh and getting back to the delivery, i was told they could not have my order delivered, because they had no drivers but when I went to the store they had EIGHT vehicles at their disposal. AND DO THEY TELL CUSTOMERS THAT ORDER DELIVERY SERVICE THEY DO NOT HAVE DRIVERS? all this after I worked a 12 hour shift at work, no lunch and just wanted my favorite. Chick fil a. you have lost a customer for life. but ... a big corporation? who cares? there are plenty of other people to take my place. But I will...
