Vision Paddle Boards — Attraction in Austin

I was so thankful to find SUP Dog, they not only take out all of the hassle of SUP rental, they do it with amazing customer service!!

I emailed Adam with a special request and he went above and beyond to make it happen! I was able to schedule the exact date & time for my boyfriend's maiden SUP voyage - no wasted time waiting in line! On the day of we showed up 10 minutes early to the agreed upon spot, went over a few things and that was that. No payments to take care of and most importantly...no waiting!! Adam supplied a dry box AND a waterproof bluetooth speaker. We had such a great time, we ended up texting Adam halfway through our two hour rental to see if it was possible to extend an hour.

The experience from start to finish was seamless. We had the best time and cannot wait to do it again. I would recommend SUP Dog to anyone looking to have some hassle free SUP fun! It is the best SUP rental...

If I could post a million stars I would!! My wife's and I 10 year anniversary was this weekend and I wanted to surprise her with her own paddle board. I spoke with Adam and ordered a board online, the board I ordered wasn't going to be there in time to surprise my wife on Saturday 8/5/17..... so Adam went out of his way and found another board that was even better that and picked it up for me so it would be ready for the surprise. All week Adam was back and forth with me answering any question I had. Today we showed up, my wife thinking we are renting boards and Adam and Kyrstin unload her brand new board with a bow on it!! Krystin made sure to make it extra special with a bow on top!! I'm all for supporting small business, but it's made even easier when the owner is such a genuinely nice guy, both him and Krystin made us Supdogatx...

Originally thought I was just dropping by to pick up my SUP and be on my way. Adam met me from with a friendly entrance into the world of SUP ownership by opening the product and going over all the in’s and outs of the board, the pump, and even down to the nitty gritty of the construction and repairs of these boards. Gave me several pointers on what to expect and even offered his repair services if the board did get damaged for a fraction of the price of some places, even showing me the process of repair and the chemicals used to repair and build the boards. Might be buying another at this price, my Retrospec board hits all the right points, I’ve used it twice now and feel solid about the buy and continuing my business with VISION Paddle...
