Ensenada Condominium Association Inc — Attraction in Aventura

Ensenada has become the worst place to live in Aventura being the most unsafe and dirty place in the area for the past 3 years. Board members never work for the best interest of our community, hiring management and security guards companies not having or showing the necessary skills to do something successfully. They allow guests park their cars on one side at the main entrance road, reducing the required space to drive into or exit the building putting everyone at risk of having an accident, which is a code enforcement violation. You also can see the security guards golf car parked in front of the club house different times a day or night, because they are resting inside instead of being patrolling ,and more than once I have found a guest car parked on my space making me waste extra time looking for the security guard to ask for assistance and most of them react in a very disrespectful way. Laundry room tables are broken and maintenance guys never repair them. Garbage container full of trash remains outside the ramp for days obstructing the way . Buildings has never been painted for more than 10 years I guess, making buildings looking disgusting and dirty . I have been living here for 3 years and I do not like the association's rules or enforcement. I love my place and the view but that's about it. The gym is a horrible excuse for a gym. It is basically a hole in the wall and everything is broken or missing something. The bathrooms are clean and have a sauna which is good if you use it. The pool is always clean which is good but the security harasses the residence all the time. They never have the same security they seem to go through tons of people for that job. The parking is horrible and I am aware that is not something that can be changed but they are too strict when it comes to people having to find other areas to park, they will suggest you park at the mall which is a mile away. The residences bring shopping carts from places cause they cant carry all that food up the stairs or elevator and the association locks the carts up. They have a no pets policy but almost everyone has a dog. The elevator breaks frequently and they take a long time to fix it. I really don't know if is safety place yo live we paid association there for nothing the camaras doesn't work the management doesn't do anything about it the building is falling apart the Ruff is leaking the prior board members change material stuff without no one promotion like all mail boxes they also do work that is not warranty guaranteed every one here is in bad condition if the city come and inspect this place.The owners still haven't realized that the building is being managed by a board of directors without any knowledge, it's unacceptable, the condominium law says that no one should hold office with a bad record, but the president was in prison, I didn't say it, the news from Aventura County Plus says it... the other members are puppets, handled at the whim of the "president", if as owners we don't unite like the other associations do, then we will stop being owners.
