I had a wonderful tour! Our guide was knowledge and entertaining. Many historic pieces to look at and many have very interesting stories behind them. My favorite was the town's phone switchboard...it was amazingly well preserved. I highly recommend you stop in when you are...

Great resource for history of Avon Park and people of AP. The train is great as well. The depot used to be a stop on the train. Both passenger and frieght trains go by every 30-45 minutes. There are usually painted rocks and geocaches at the...
