8 months go:It was good it's a hole in the wall joint with all homemade to order Italian so don't expect to run in and out then leave a bad review because you can't read or be patient or did due diligence before you go. This is the only place in Avon Park with FANTASTIC ITALIAN FOOD. THIS AREA IS NOT AN AREA FOR ITALIAN FOOD UNLESS U CONSIDERED THE OLIVE GARDEN ITALIAN WHICH IT'S NOT. YOU'RE BETTER TO TAKE A RIDE TO THIS PLACE AND HAVE ONE OF THE BEST MEALS YOU'VE HAD IN FOREVER BETWEEN SEBRING AND AVON PARK. THE STAFF IS REAL SO IF YOU'RE OFFENDED EASILY DON'T BRING THAT THERE LEAVE IT AT HOME AND ACTUALLY EXPERIENCE GREAT FOOD AT GREAT PRICES AND EXTREMELY LARGE PORTIONS. THANKS WE'LL BE BACK SOON GUYS. LOVE IT. EGGPLANT PARMESAN SUB WAS SO DELISH THE PIZZA GREAT THE CHICKEN PARMESAN FANTASTIC. CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK AND TRY MORE THINGS. BEST REGARDS AND KEEP UP THE AUTHENTICITY. ❤️ One time I opted for garlic bread over knots and omgosh the bread is homemade every day and I absolutely love wet knots but this garlic 🧄 bread I will be getting again with my meal. Mommamia let me add Jerry S is my neighbor and he complains about everything and everywhere he goes. Update visit 12/5/24 Tuna sub and white 🍕 absolutely delish. Edit 4/525 I'm not liking the snarky responses back from the restaurant to the bad reviews that's not taking accountability and responsibility I'm lowering the star...
Read moreI'm probably gonna get hate from the regulars, but here goes. First time visit, we drove up from Sebring about 16 miles to visit this establishment because of so many positive comments on the Sebring group on Facebook. So here is our honest impression. 1st) It's very warm inside, you seat yourself, menu was on the table in our case. You go to the counter order and prepay for your food, where there's a spot to tip before you've even tasted the food. You have to get your own drink, which in hindsight is good because otherwise you'd be left searching for utensils. You need to search out and locate any toppings such as crushed red pepper, cheese, etc. They do bring you food to you, that's the end of service. 2nd. There were just two of us we ordered a medium pizza 14" with 5 toppings(their specialty), the manicotti, a beer, and a soda. Now, the pizza had pepperoni, sausage , meatball, banana peppers, and black olives. It should have been quite flavorful. It presented nicely but lacked any flavor. It was meh, but it was hot. The crust was the perfect thickness, foldable without tearing. There were two manicotti with sauce and a very nice garlic bread. This meal totaled 49.00 plus change. After our dining experience, I felt no guilt leaving no tip. Pizza looked exceptional, but looks can deceive. Try for yourself. There's no such thing as bad pizza, but MEH pizza,...
Read moreWhen I walked into the restaurant I stood at the front for quite a while. Finally the young woman asked me could I be helped and I said yes I told you I was here to eat. So she kind of snibl says well you order over here and then you seat yourself. I said well I can't see the sign from where I'm at the sign is around the corner from me. So I ended up fortering and then trying to find a clean table was next to impossible there was too extremely large tables however being as high as on. My own I wasn't gonna take one of those so there was only 2 tables available both of which were dirty so I cleaned it off and I. Sat down. Once I got I slice as a pizza not one single time not 1 single time did. Somebody come over and ask me how it was? Also I had wanted to get some repair and the repair was clear at the time so I told someone about it and he just said OK he didn't say. Thanks for letting me know he was just kind of short with me. Now buy the way the same guy later on when a young woman. What's shorts and long legs walked in boy? He was super friendly with her the entire time meanwhile may. Yes? Guess. Since I? Middle. Aged? I don't matter. I would go there again if I was nearby but I certainly would not drive out of the way. I thought a pretty much stopped as far as the...
