My son usually goes here a lot with my boyfriend. He loves this place. The first time i took him was 11/18/18 and had the WORST experience. My phone was stolen within seconds. I put my phone down to clean my sons mouth and he ran off i attempted to chase him, went back to retrieve my phone. My phone was gone. I told the staff they were useless. As most of the employees are very young. When i request for them to check the camera staff stated they needed to find the manager that has the key to the video room. But once i stated i was going to call the police. They stated they will check the cameras, but i was not allowed to see the camera, only way I was allowed to see the cameras if the police were present. Once police came manager states only police can see camera. By the time police came and viewed the camera staff edited the footage. Because the police officer stated when they watched the footage they only saw my phone being placed down, then the phone disappears. No refund was offered to me for the time i paid to actually play in the park, but wasn't able to as i was waiting for staff to "find the manager" to view footage. I still think it was a staff member that stole my phone as the phone was turned back on when the trampoline park was closed (i noticed off find my iphone) If you decided to go to this park please leave your value items VERY close to you as I lost a Iphone XR never received an apology or update on if my phone was ever turned in. I had to request the police to go back and do additional investigation. I was really disappointed as I went there for a good time but fun was cut short due to this theft. Altitude Trampoline Park you lost a good customer. Word of advice please hire older and...
Read moreThe park itself is great. My son and his friends go every Friday night for teen night, i carpool about 4 of them each week. It used to be a lot of fun for them, but recently I think the staff has changed.
They say the staff take over the dodge ball tournaments, make unfair calls, change the rules mid game and when they went to get pizza this past weekend a staff said the box was for staff only, and the other times they only get a tiny slice. If they are short on pizza or itâs a cost issue they should sell some pizza, because it stinks to pick the kids up and then have to make them food at 10:20 pm.
The kids mainly go for the tournament but they donât want to go anymore because itâs like the fourth week in a row with unfair calls and the staff taking over the game. I think the staff should be reminded that they are there for the kids. If the kids werenât there they wouldnât have jobs. Anyway they are tired of the unfair calls and the staff taking...
Read moreMy 3yr old son and I went 2-3 weeks after they opened. He instantly LOVED it! The place is huge and open I love that he is free to jump ANYWHERE and not just two little squares like the other place we went to...The manager was very friendly/engaged and was walking around handing out free jump passes to parents who were not wearing shoes. ..DUH who would wear shoes in this place even if you arent jumping?! LOL My son was a bit nervous jumping the first time, and barely left the ground, but he jumps higher every time we go! This is our go-to place when the weather is bad or if he has extra energy to burn. Love seeing his red cheeks and sweaty face when we leave! I watch him like a hawk so even if staff is not attentive or watching another area, Im always there to ensure his safety - as all parents should..but you sign that waiver for a reason. Great place and we might be there this weekend! Thinking about having his party...
