We had a great time! The service was excellent - very friendly, attentive, and helpful. We felt like the puzzles were well designed and fun to solve. The only negative thing we had to say was regarding the mystery to solve in addition to the actual puzzles. This wasn’t quite an “escape” room; more like a whodunnit. Like I said, it was fun, we just felt like the mystery was a bit too elusive to actually solve without major helps and pushes from the hosts…which they did give. But with all the help, it ended up feeling like an empty victory. Like we didn’t REALLY solve it, we were just hand-held to the solution. Super friendly staff. Went above and beyond. Room was perfect for the 4 people in our party that were experiencing escape rooms for the first time but challenging for the 2 of us who had done escape rooms before. Just the right amount of hints when needed, and just nudges to the clue. Story was cool and they had really worked hard to make the room immersive and realistic with professionally recorded videos to set the stage and updated while the count down continued to real working props like a pay phone and an arcade machine. I took the boys in my youth group here, and it was a blast from start to finish. Amanda was friendly and personable, and gave us a concise and informative overview of our room before we got to it.

And the room was terrific! We were in the zombie one. I don't want to spoil it, but each riddle solved was satisfying, and there were several "Ohhh, YES!" moments shared between the boys.

The designers also wove a pretty nice story and lore into the room, as well. Make sure you read all the notes!
