When we arrived to the location we walked waited a couple mins in and rang the bell a few times. It was a little over 10 mins before anyone came out to get us checked in and go to our paint room. Once we got into the paint room I was very disappointed. I paid extra for water balloons to which the guy named Liam never gave us. I called out from the doorway multiple times and no one ever came. I couldn't walk out because my feet were on the paint floor and i didnt want to track the paint all over the place. So I just gave up. I paid extra for the 'blaster' and the paint/water was so watered down all it did was pretty much wash off the existing paint we put on the canvas. After some time Liam finally came up the stairs (not to check on us) and I was able to get his attention and asked about the balloons. He looked at me like he had seen a ghost and said he would be right back. About mins later he came back in the room holding 2 balloons with a sorry look on his face and said "Well guys i have these 2 balloons. They aren't water balloons though they are regular balloons and i watered down the paint" I'm thinking to myself doesn't surprise me since everything else was watered down....like are you guys trying to save money on the paint or something? Because for $125 an hour in the room you'd think that wouldn't be necessary. I said to him "Really 2 balloons is all we get? That's a little whack" to which he replied "yeah i know sorry we don't have the other balloons" Anyways it was nearing the end of our hour and my son said "mom this sucks can i just throw this paint?" I said yes at first but quickly changed my mind when I realized the paint was in glass cups....glass! my son's hands were slippery and if i had let him I just know he would have chucked the glass across the room and broken it. We then let ourselves out of the room and once we got down stairs I explained my disappointment to the other gentlemen who was working to clean up a rage room. I told him I wanted at least a partial refund since we were going to take home our dollar store quality canvases. He said there was nothing he could do about it and that i needed to call the number on the website. The whole entire night was very unprofessional and just an awful/disappointing experience. Your website is...
Read moreReally bad. My fiancé was having a bad day so I took him here. I bought the “rage room” base package + A ADD ON. I purchased the medium smash items as an add on so my fiancé would have more things to smash just in case the base package items wasn’t enough (it was definitely not enough!). We got to the rage room and when i saw how empty the “rage room” was I asked the girl in the front if I was missing the medium size items that I PAID to upgrade and she said yes. She said it wasn’t coming up on her computer. I had proof of purchase so I told her I could show her proof to fix this situation because wow the room was so empty. It was small. Really small. It had a couple tires inside which aren’t even fun to smash… my fiance and I were like??? And there was 5 glass Bottles to smash…. He finished the glass in under a minute. to make things worse the viewing glass is so dirty. You can barely see anything and for how expensive it is, clean the glass and make it more easy to see the person. The price was so expensive for the most silliest thing. I NEVER got my medium sized items added, and I never got an apology about it either. I went to the front after we were done and she looked at me crazy when I said I wanted a refund for the items I didn’t get. She literally told me she didn’t know how to do that and basically said I don’t know how to help. So I told her CALL YOUR BOSS and let them know what happened, she then called and he said he would give me a refund (after me having to drive all the way back here to ask because the manager never gave me a call back) BUT HE NEVER DID!!!! It’s been 6 days. Really bad experience doing the rage room. :/ took my fiance to let out anger and left the...
Read moreWe did the Paint Splatter room when we went to Brainy Actz this time for my sister’s birthday. I highly recommend using the smocks/paint ponchos. We did not think not using them through. Luckily, my seats are leather and easy to wipe down, but then we sprayed off in the backyard with the hose before going to the showers to avoid getting paint all over the house. If you’re wanting to take a shirt or something to be covered in paint to remember the experience, I suggest taking it on a hanger. There were 5 of us that did the paint room, three adults, a teen and a toddler. We did the neon paint with the black light and the experience was a lot of fun. We did the upgrade for the paint guns and paint blasters. The electric gun was easier to use than the one you have to pump yourself but both in small increments. The paint blasters gave you more paint at once but you go through it a lot faster so you need refills more frequently. Which isn’t a big deal because you get unlimited paint. I wasn’t prepared for how cold the room was, and the paint is also cold so by the time the hour was up, we were all freezing; so be aware of that if you don’t like the cold. The girl working was really nice, welcoming and accommodating. Also the hour time limit was more than...
