Fusion Teriyaki Bowl — Restaurant in Bakersfield

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Customer service , not sure who manages this place but you definitely need to reevaluate the staff you currently have and question yourself as a manager and as a leader. I would be so embarrassed if this was my store and These girls where working for me. I came in at 8:35pm to have dinner and got my food at 8:45pm @9pm while I was still eating they turned off all the lights (pitch dark). Why not just turn off the open sign and lock the door? 😡 I wasn't planning on staying till midnight, maybe 5 more minutes and I would have finished. I get that you close at 9pm , I didn't show up at 8:59 PM. I'm sure you still needed to clean or wash something . Mind you one more customer was in here eating as well . I manage a store and when it's closing time and we have customers, we lock the door with the lights ON make sure they have been helped and got what they needed. When they're done shopping even if they don't purchase anything we open the door and Thank them for coming. Customer service 101, who is training this staff?...

Horrendous experience! Not only was the food disgusting, but the customer service was horrible. To top it off, we discovered a hair in our teriyaki chicken, prompting my family to lose their appetite entirely. When I called to address the issue, the owner was shockingly rude, displaying no empathy whatsoever, and even insinuated that we were lying about the hair. Despite offering to provide evidence by retrieving the plate from the trash, he continued to be dismissive and uncooperative. All we requested was a refund for the dreadful experience, but instead, he abruptly ended the call. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment at all costs. I love when I’m wrong! Sounds absurd right?! Let me explain by saying that I originally did not really know let alone think that I would actually come to really like and possibly…maybe, even grow to love this “place”which I feel like is my little secret discovery; yet can not keep solely to myself!
