Baltimore City Recreation and Parks — Attraction in Baltimore

Good Morning I went to Cahill recreation center today. I would like clarification of operating hours so the sign on the facility at Cahill says 10-8 I’m here to get a replacement card and my friend needs to pick hers up but this lady is saying we are early and they don’t start doing anything until 10:30 so your telling me I have to sit here until 10:30 to wait for a replacement card this is ridiculous and this is one of the many reasons people are not coming here if you go to a store and the hours are 11-6 no one stops you from entering and shopping at 11 nor do they tell you that you cannot go to the cashier until 11:30 it’s sad because as I said before Cahill is such a beautiful facility but some of the staff that works here need to go to a customer service class I still don’t understand how a person at work and don’t start...

I live across the street from a city park (Sabina Mattfeldt) and while the BCRP crews always do a fine job, I was especially impressed with them today. There was a skinny 6” x 10’ trail of volunteer daffodils that popped up this year. It would’ve been so easy just to have mowed over them. I have called Amy the supervisor over Lillian Jones Recreation Center for one week to inform her about the lack of supervision with the after school care and how easy it is for any one to walk inside of the center. On multiply times I was able to enter the building without seeing any staff and taking my child home.
