So I literally drove 25 minutes to visit the store. I approach the door with another customer, and the lady tells me her boss isn't there yet ; Thus she isn't clocked in and is unable to open the store. I understand that things happen, but when you're running a business it seems like the best practice is to honor what the business hours of operation say. It's 11: 20am. The business says it's open at 11:00 a.m. 20 minutes past when the business is supposed to open and an employee at the store can't start because she can't clock in. Wow. I most definitely would not run my business like this. It's disappointing that people don't take honor and pride in the operations they choose to run. Businesses that make it long-term usually usually have a certain level of professionalism and consistency. All of the qualities that were lacking from my initial visit...

drove 20 minutes to be disrespected by the worker, who was shoving his face with pizza when i walked in. i preordered 2 oz’s and he had only packed 1. then i asked what the difference between THCa and THC, and he says “oh you really don’t know anything about weed”. looking around the head shop there’s kratom and delta 9- i should’ve known then that this place is a joke from the minute i walked in! save your time and go to an actual dispensary where the workers treat their customers well. highly recommend far and dotter in timonium.
