Update: Dec 6, 2020 between 11:00 am and 11:40 am The person who was taking our order – “LYKIA” - yelled at us while we were looking at the menu and trying to decide what to get. We told her she was yelling. She vehemently denied it several times. She left the conversation and we were left “hanging” by the speaker. There was silence for a few minutes while we kept calling out, then a softer, quieter, male voice took our order. “Kamyre” who handed to us our order did not give us a receipt. He claimed they have not been giving out receipts “for a couple of days”. We insisted that he issue us a receipt because it’s a legal document and a proof that the transaction happened, and documents the date, the time, the store number and location, and the items that we purchased. It was clear that although he claimed he’s “manager” that he’s not because he keeps on turning his back to us to ask questions to whoever was dictating to him from inside the store every time we asked him questions. In fact, he moved away from the window and talked to “that” person from inside the store. At a certain point, “Kamyre” came back to the window holding a torn white paper with a writing which states, “(2) free meals next visit” and his name on it. I know that free food from BK has a specific numeric code attached to it so I know this was bogus. It was insulting that he thinks 2 free meals can make up for the absence of a receipt. “Lykia” who was directing Kamyre finally came back to the window and told us she will print a receipt but we had to move to the parking lot and she will give it to us there. The paper has some numbers and words in there but no date, no time, no store number, no indication that it was a BK receipt. We talked to her at that point that she’s in a service business that that yelling at her customers is a disservice. She continued to deny she screamed, and then decided to blame her headphones. At one point, she mentioned about the fries’ incident, which 2 weeks ago, was left out of our order by a BK employee. This made my husband and I realized that she was the same employee who made us wait for 12 minutes in the drive thru window 2 weeks ago, without excuses or apologies. We wouldn’t have known it was her if she did not mention it. This woman is unrepentant and proud, and she will never learn her lesson and will never get better at what she's doing because she does not accept that she made a mistake in the first place.

Read moreWorst experience ever. I went into the store to retrieve and order placed on ubereats with no problems. Demivered the order and returned to the store less than 10 mintues later to place and order for my twins and I. We ordered two kids meals one hamburger one cheeseburger, since they said they had no nuggets in the store, and i also ordered a double stacker meal with onion rings and orange soda. Before coming through the drivthru to pay I was advised well we dont have the bun for your burger so you will have to order a whopper junior because we dont have anything else. I told them that was fine just add bacon to the whopper junior. Upon arrival to the window the cashier took my card and swiped it and suddenly she slammed the drive thru window and started speaking to someone that appeared to be a shift supervisor from the way she was dressed. The girl then returned to the window and as of she wanted to say something and i looked at her and said "i know you didnt just swipe my card and there is no food in the store." The cashier returns to the door and states we actually dont have any bread left in the store so we can serve you at all." I then stated why would you swipe my card if you knew there was no bread in the store or why would you even stay open we were just here less than 10 min ago for an uber eats order. The cahsier then refused to let me speak to the supervisor and i advised that she shoukd bring her to the window instead of relaying information through her. Finally a shift supervisor came to the window she did not give me her name but she assured me that she issued a refund and then handed me a receipt. Read moreI placed a order May 13 2024 in the mobile app. Pick up time 3:36pm. Once I entered. The staff ignorance begin. I came in. Requested the order that was suppose to be ready. Well get there the cashier says We didn't receive it a order with that name. I say. Here it goes, ( TRYING TO SHOW HER THE RECIEPT) She say (YOU NOT SHOWI G ME NOTHING BUT REWARD POINTS) I ask for a manager. WELL THE CASHIER WAS ALSO THE MANAGER. THE LADY PACKING FOOD, BEIGHT RES HAIR TURNS SAYS. I MADE EVERYTHING I KNOW ITS RIGHT. I ALMOST LOST MY COOL!!! I say I came respectful smiling. The drive thru was backed up that's why I came in. The lady with the red hair. Yells to the back, to remake the sandwiches. Opens the food to check says Hold up don't remake nothing. Keep in my she has unwrapped the food on front line! I had to go back in the MOBILE APP TO GET THE RECIEPT SO SHE COULD SEE SHE WAS WRONG. THEY FINALLY DECIDED TO REMAKE THE order. I had it remade because they said I COULDNT GET A REFUND UNLESS I GO BACK THROUGH THE APP. I finally was able to get out of that awful building 4:45pm. One more thing. I showed I paid for 2 large Frozen drinks. but was given to small. They were so a angry & overwhelmed trying to get the drive thru down the ignorance couldn't be contained. They would look at the app prices said. THATS WHAT THE APP SAYS BUT we only charge for the small. again. the RECIEPT said 2 large for 2.79 something like that. I never understood. Why get a hob working with people. If your disposition on others is so ignorant & demeaning. I been coming to this store since my daughter was 5. Who is now 24. ever had any issues.
