Hello Bartlett, I have lived and worked inside the city of Memphis my entire life (60 plus yrs). I have to say that Bartlett is probably my favorite part of Shelby County. I stopped by to pay my connection fee for water and trash services since we just bought a home in Bartlett. The ladies at the front desk and in the water department were very kind and helped me out. They also gave me a little book all about services, schools and things to do in Bartlett to welcome us. It was all very quick, was probably inside less than 10 minutes. Excellent and quick...

We had a water leak in October at the water meter on the city’s side of the street. City of Bartlett came out and told me not to worry that they would take care of everything. Here it is 4 months later and they gave me a $18 credit toward a bill. Out of nearly $700 of water bills. Such a horrible thing to do to a long term resident....
