Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Bartlett

Second time in seven months using this location. First time got the Asian Zensation salad and if I lived closer, I would have gone back to the restaurant. It was poorly made and very lacking. Half a palm full of greens and four small pieces of chicken.

Ok, months later, I try again thinking, surely the staff and food quality has gotten better. I ordered delivery of two 5-piece tenders and the Cobb Salad. All I can say is, "WOW". Another major disappointment in this place and never again. Both tender orders were missing a tender, and all were about the size of index fingers. The Cobb Salad was missing eggs and bacon (the reason I chose it). At $14 for a 5-piece tenders (not a combo) and $15 for a salad (without meat), everything that is described SHOULD BE IN MY ORDER😠

Both thumbs down for this location👎👎. If the one on Union wasn't too far for delivery, I definitely would have used them. Never had a problem there...

Ok so I eat here a few times a month !! Food is always hot , delicious and d order is correct !! Now on to the negative … the service is absolutely trash .. kids who don’t give a crap about you , your order or anything !! I ordered before I got to the store on the app , pulled up to the window and was told to “pull up and wait” well I waited as 3 other people behind me got their food .. when someone finally walked up to my truck their response was “ hello human “ … I’m not exaggerating.. he only said two words “ hello - human “ … who talks to paying customers like that .. then I waited a few more minutes and my food was brought out .. 17 mins from window to food .. terrible wait time .. but my sandwich was delicious tho .. and DO NOT ASK ME TO VISIT SOME DAMN CUSTOMER WEBSITE , train your staff , read the comments and take note .....

Yall should take food stamps since you’re serving food I have to finish cooking at home… What self-respecting Zaxby’s serves undercooked fries?? Don’t go in the evening time, or at all, for that matter. The quality of food decreases significantly in the evening time… I had to come home and throw the fries in the air fryer… ordered an extra piece of bread that was cold, hard, and had a strange before & aftertaste to it… They close at 10, I was there around 9:15… I wasn’t there that close to closing time, so what’s the rush? It’s like this everytime I go in the evening I’m treated like an inconvenience for showing up during business hours… excuuuuuse me for thinking this was an establishment where I could trade money for some chicken and COOKED fries. I’ll just drive past this one to the one on 64...
