This was one of the worst experiences of my life. My son has autism and this was his first time in a library. I fully understand that the nature of a library is quiet and explained it to him. However with all children they can have meltdowns. Today he had one in there because it was overwhelming. The attendants, with the exceptions of the African American lady at the front desk and the lady with glasses on at the information, were rude and unhelpful. I left the library to go get change for my $20 bill came back and I still could not get any help. And I can’t go into detail how rude she was when I came back. Where I come from you offer to help people. Learn manners and customer service. I have worked in customer service many years and I would not be that...
