7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Bartlett

My partner and I are HUGE 7 Brew fans. I even worked there for a small amount of time (3 days lol) at the whitten location and everyone I worked with was SO kind. I ended up not being able to accept the position because I would get heat sick.

Anyways, when this 7Brew opened up right down the street from my house I was ecstatic, and I still am!!! My drink is always perfect, and on the off chance something is wrong they never hesitate to correct my order quickly and efficiently. On top of that I’ve never had a bad or mean experience. Everyone that gets hired feels handpicked with care and that is so important because they create such a welcoming, and fun environment. Keep up the good work, we love you!!! This location is making me want to give up on 7 Brew. The drinks are very hit or miss. You have a 50/50 chance of your drink being okay or being bad. Most drinks hardly have any flavor and they almost never get the drizzles/whip right. Most of the time the person taking my order isn't paying attention. You have to repeat and go over your order 3 or 4 times. It may still be wrong. The music at this location is too loud. I shouldn't have to shout to put in an order in. Also, not everyone likes rap and country music. As a business, you have to play to the middle crowd. Also, today they refused to let me get a large for my free drink. I've never had a problem with it before. I will go back to the Whitten location and see if it's as good as I remember. But I may have to stop going to 7 Brew and go back...

I love 7 brew! I’ve been going to the Whitten location but this one is closer to my workplace. If you’ve never been to a 7B before, yes they play music a little loud but it’s for the employees sake. Their menu is very customizable. I went for “Swag Day” yesterday and even with the long lines, it was very fast! The staff all seemed to be in fantastic spirits and were dressed up in cute outfits with fun “beach” music playing. They’re very high energy and extroverted employees so if you’re not in to that, I’d say avoid the chain because they’re all supposed to be like this. But if you ever want some good coffee and a lovely chat with some happy young staff, it’s a great place!
