I made a terrible mistake recently. Thinking I was talking to my internet provider‘s technical support staff, I allowed them to remotely control my computer. BIG MISTAKE. I got hacked by these scammers, panicked and disconnected my internet and shut the computer down. Luckily, a family member had a great experience with Snappy, so I called them. Mind you, I live in Florida. I was blessed to have Curtis help me get through what I felt was a disastrous situation. He was so kind, patient, and smart, he walked me through every step to get my computer up and safely running again. I regrettably updated to Windows 11 a few months ago. I've had nothing but trouble since. I wanted to go back to Windows 10 and after reading about doing a clean install I decided I better have somebody more experienced to do that for me. I live in Bartlett and had seen Snappy Computer before so I read about them and saw they had top notch reviews. All the reviews are spot on. They know their business.
