Botanic Gardens — Attraction in Baton Rouge

This is an area behind the Goodwood Library, Brec park area, but ladies be careful and walk in pairs or several numbers, there are creepy guys that be out there watching in their trucks, vans, cars or on foot. They pretend like they are walking but they are really following you to do you harm. There isn't enough BREC employees around there, and if it is they are not paying attention to this but watching women coming and going as well. It's getting to a point you can't even walk this area. The shaded walk area need much cleaning but BREC says it's City Parish responsibility but City Parish says it's BREC area too keep clean. The botanical garden is located within Independence Community Park. It's really small. It literally can take five minutes if you rush through. Its still beautiful nonetheless.
