I love this park! Has exercise equipment, pavilions, restrooms, the botanic gardens are gorgeous. Across the street are tennis courts. There's even a small theater and it's right by the main library with paths all over. The library has a garden cafe as well. The pavilions are available for reservation. The large pavilion has four picnic tables and two smaller pavilions have two picnic tables.

The grass surrounding the soccer fields is poorly maintained, and the bathrooms near them are in disrepair. There is a downed tree touching the edge of the field closest to the library as well. However, there is adequate parking and a well shaded bench to sit at near the library. Overall, I prefer Burbank, but it's okay.

My children loved it! Sidewalks, ball fields, jungle gyms (not the old fashioned kind like the ones we had in the 80's. The modern plastic ones! 😜), Swings, a nice library, some kind of botanical garden (I believe is what it was called? Can't remember what it was called, but had lots of flowers, plants, a small water fountain ⛲ & a display of real monarch butterflies) & there was another building! We were on our way out & noticed another building like a cafe or coffee shop or something like that! Next time, hopefully we'll be able to stay longer & enjoy everything! It was too close to dark & we walked there! So wanted to leave before dark! Anyway, also had lots of picnic tables, benches, exercise machines for adults, men & women's separate bathrooms (dirty, but had one & they locked them before we left which was around 4 or 5 pm, I believe) & a pavilion!...

I actually visited the Goodwood or Main Library and the park is a very scenic part of the library's grounds. The pagodas and gardens that are part of this beautiful scenery are easily viewed from the library entrance. The chairs and tables that surround the library entrance enable experiencing the many attributes of the park, from there. The nicely kept lawn, shrubbery, and flowers, walking trail, etc., can be quickly accessed from this vantage point as it's just a short distance. It's a tranquil, enjoyable sight and I plan to partake of it...

This is great area that's been developed around the main library. There are at least seven soccer fields, walking paths with share, picnic areas, outdoor exercise area, a garden, splash pad, and the main library. There is also plenty of parking, as long as a big event is not occurring.

If you live in BR, this is certainly an area to visit and get familiar with for various events and...
