My fiancé & I had bought our wedding bands from you in July. Apparently WITHOUT ever being told that my wedding band was a special order. We were never told that nor was it on our receipt! We had been making payments on our wedding rings. I came in August to get our rings but was told that they weren’t ready and we would be called when our bands were ready! Again NEVER was I told that I needed to make a payment or it would be put back on the shelf. I get a call Aug 20 something 2021 informing me that our rings were ready. My fiancé goes to make a payment & gets his wedding band. Again NEVER was he nor I told that a payment needed to be made on my ring nor were we told that my ring was a special order and it would be put back on the shelf! My fiancé & I have spent thousands of dollars with your store! So my fiance goes to get my ring and is told that it was put back on the shelf but y'all can order another one and then the lady says we’ll y'all aren’t engaged anymore. That’s NOT the point we both wanted our wedding bands as it meant something to us! Again NEVER were we told that my ring was a special order & that after so long it would be put back on the shelf! This is so very unprofessional and wrong on so many levels especially when we do a lot of business with y’all and have spent thousands of dollars there. I love Hollywood Jewelry. I would definitely recommend to everyone I know! I ordered 2 initial rings for Christmas, which I was not initially satisfied with when I picked them up.... well one of the rings at least. They did do a good job, it just wasn't the style that I had chosen for that ring. So after realizing that he made the wrong style ring, he apologized and said "we'll remake the ring for you, if you give us time I can have it done in a few days" . They made my ring order priority and started on it right away. A few days pass and it's ready. It was stunning so pretty and its exactly what I wanted/ordered. They make sure their customers are 100% satisfied. He again apologized and said for all of my troubles and all the headaches, to go on and keep both of the rings! Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS!!! Wolves in sheep clothing!! Went in approximately a year ago to purchase a bracelet for my child. Got quoted good prices at first then I told him what I wanted to spend thinking he would work out a nice price then he raised the price on the ones he said were cheaper. Like I wasn't paying attention. Wow.

Secondly they have to buzz you in. So while I'm standing there I hear the older lady tell the younger guy this one's yours as she's buzzing the customer in.. They are betting to make money off of you as soon as you enter! THIS Is sad. And has to be stopped. Baton Rouge they are robbing you all and the only reason they are doing this because no one is writing reviews!!! They pretend to be nice and down to earth but are nothing but CROOKS...!!!
