The building looks awesome and has a lot to offer in aesthetics. Friendly to all ages before around 9pm, then it's still welcoming but feels more like an adult place. When the weather is a little cooler, there is a great outdoor area and there are stings of lights strung across the courtyard. There is a small bowling alley with 6 lanes on the 3rd floor (maybe more bowling on the 4th or 5th floor, but i didn't make it up there.) I went on a Saturday and it was pretty packed. A band was starting around 8:30pm, but i had a baby with me, so we departed before the band started. All of the wait staff was friendly, but seemed a bit disorganized which is why i rate it 4 stars. We recieved some of our food order, but the main course went to another table. The waiter put the order in again, but we were ready to bowl by that point so we cancelled that order. He have the flatbread to us free since it had already been out in the oven again. To reserve a bowling lane, people were having to write their name and phone number on a napkin for the employees to keep track of. The bowling alley was an interesting setup. The pins had strings attached to the tops of them so when they were knocked over, the strings pulled all the pins up like puppets and put them all back into place. This is much more space efficient than having a large pin sorter behind the pins. It's no way an official bowling setup, but it works for the intended purpose of entertainment. I really wanted to like this place. The atmosphere is really cool and there is a lot to do. However, the service in the restaurant area was awful! It was clear that two tables were put together, possibly from one waitress's section and the second from another waitress's section, and they could not decide who our waitress was. They even fought in front of us. One waitress took our drink orders and appetizer order. The other came and asked us again what we had to drink and eat and took our entree order. Our drinks were wrong, we did not get appetizers and after we got our entrees, the second waitress came over to check on us and when we asked to make sure that the appetizers were left off our bill since we never got them, she proceeded to tell us what went down. I did not care to know this information, I just wanted to make sure our bill was going to be correct. She gave me a lot of attitude and even an inappropriate hand gesture and walked off. Needless to say management got involved, they did comp our meal and drinks which was nice. The food was ok, not good enough to make me want to go back and deal with that service again!
