Firehaus — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

I'm giving this a 2 star review due to the 2 Dj's (brothers) that had poor customer service. They were high while at work (it was verbalized by them) and made the worst music choices. One got an attitude when asked to play different music, shut down and told the other to play. The other got an attitude due to his brother acting like a toddler and sitting in the corner upset. Made the comment of shutting down the section. There was no arguing, fighting or raising of voices prior to this comment. It was raining and the section was covered but to get to it you were soaked. I feel there should have been some accommodations made by management. I do understand no one has control over the weather. This not only affected guest but staff interaction as well. It took a while to get the bottle provided to the section. The downstairs area was nice and bartenders were nice. I have no complaints about the drinks I was served. I would not get a section here especially if the DJs aren't adult enough to change up the music when asked. When I say change meaning not play songs...

Very nice spot. Just hate that it’s by a crack house. Parking is very bad, they should have thought that through. Drinks are good and the atmosphere is very chill. No need to complain about getting drinks cause they like 3 big bars. They definitely have a Dj and he be on 10! But! The hookahs….very disappointed on the prices. They charged my friend $100 and they were not good. Taste like they haven’t been cleaned out in a while. The owner is kind but he doesn’t know how to greet the people he don’t know. His partner is kind and she was very opened to talk to people. Overall go...
