I am so upset. I just can't shake it.
1st of all, Around lunch time i went to this sonic and i asked for a Premium Burrito. They told me they were out of tots so i couldn't get one... why they would just make the burrito without tots, i have no idea. All they would have to do is create the burrito and leave out the tots but they absolutely REFUSED to make the Premium Burrito.
2nd of all, When we ordered our meals, they said they didnt have any tots or fries. I asked what we could get in its place? they said jalapeno poppers or mozarella sticks. I said great, jalapeno poppers. Then they charged me 2.50 for an upcharge for getting them even when they couldn't give me fries or tots which is what i would have preferred and which was part of the combo. I argued with them about it for 10 minutes before they finally gave me my money back. FYI, when a restaurant is out of an ingredient, and a replacement is available, you DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CUSTOMERS for the replacement sides because it is the restaurant's responsibility to maintain the meal price even though they dont have those sides at the moment because the restaurant ran out of those sides, and in no way was it my fault that they ran out of Tots and Fries so they shouldn't charge me like it was my fault.
They were purposely overcharging customers for sides all day long and did not care. They should be sued and the manager should be fired!

Read moreWorst Sonic Experience Ever. Total and Complete Failure. We decided to go to Sonic for our shakes this afternoon because Ronald's ice cream machine down the street is never working. We placed our order (drive-thru only at this location) with 3 cars in front of us. We made it to the window in just a few minutes. The total was $9.87 and I handed the cashier a $20. She asked me to pay with exact change or credit card because they didn't have cash in their cash drawer. I gave her a credit card. 4 or 5 minutes later she opened the window to give my card back, but still had 2 empty cups in her hand. She said the pump wouldn't work on the chocolate syrup, so would I like another flavor. I asked for caramel. 4 or 5 minutes later she returned to the window with our 2 shakes. I thanked her and asked for my receipt. She said the machine was out of paper. I asked if they had not been giving out receipts all day and she just closed the window. We waited a few minutes and she opened the window again to tell me they just couldn't make a receipt. I understand it is hard to find anyone wanting to do these jobs right now, but I drive by this location every day and I will never...
Read moreIf I could give this place NEGATIVE STARS, I would. Before Covid, I went to this location a dozen times in two months. One time they got my order right. Every other time my order was WRONG. Long waits even if I went inside and was the only person there.
I thought maybe if I ordered ahead of time in the app it would definitely be ready. I ordered a sprite and a pretzel. Waited 10 minutes before making the 5 min drive. Not only was it not ready, I had to wait. If I had not already paid in app I would have just left.
I ordered in app another time, emergency happened and I could not go to pick up the order. I called. No one answered. I tried multiple times within an hour. Finally, someone answered. I was told I could not get a refund because the manager had left. I called one other time later that day and no one answered again.
I absolutely hate this location. I have not been back since February and absolutely refuse to go there. I will drive 15 minutes to another Sonic or order else where. I would rather go hungry than deal with this Sonic. NEGATIVE 10...
