We visited a zap zone on the East Side of the State a few months ago so when we had a bunch of kids over we decided to give the Battle Creek location a try. When we walked in around 1 ish most of the staff( 4-5 ) were sitting at a table on break. Of the 2 woman the younger one came to the counter to assist us and was very pleasant and explained how the facility was operated. We decided to stay even though it was nothing like the other zap zone we expected compared to the East Side location. We would later be disappointed because the girls decided to do laser tag (ages 8,9,12,12,12,19 [Autism Spectrum]) the young male staff got irritated but came, they were in there for a long time and 2 staff almost came to check on them but he radioed they were fine. Next they wanted to do VR, the same staff heard us but sat down to finish his food, the same 4-5 staff members were still sitting doing nothing and he angrily got up to assist the kids. Luckily after we did the arcade which didn't need staff assistance. Based off the attitude we received from the male staff we opted to not eat and got food from somewhere else. If you are looking for some fun arcade games in a smaller establishment or maybe the bowling would have been fun but I wouldn't necessarily say don't come but I know that customer service is what they signed up for and they failed (except for the first young lady...

Not at all compassionate to our child with special needs. His arcade experience was very poorly handled. Another family member reviewed this place after our awful experience here (birthday party package) in September 2021 yet it seems to have disappeared. Not surprising, mediocre service even though the place was slow; staff and owners have had questionable motives through the years. Definitely don't recommend to anyone. Lansings Zap Zone is much better ran...
Read moreThis place was a waste of money. There are no tickets in any of the games. Even the one where you spin the wheel to win tickets. It gets boring pretty fast because the arcade is designed so that you win tickets by playing games. I should have requested a refund for what I spent for the card. So really all this place is doing is taking your money. Also, when they are open, all of the doors are locked. Lucikly some guy saw us trying to get in and opened the...
