Taqueria San Francisco #2 — Restaurant in Battle Creek

Had a horrible experience! It was our first time their ever and we ordered at 42oz margarita. They were going to bring us another and I said "oh this is part of the 42oz we ordered". And our waiter said yes it's. We asked how much the glasses were at the end and they said 16 oz. My man and I had 2 each which would only equal to 64oz and when we asked to speak to the manager they said the best we could do is charge you for 2 42oz which would equal 84oz. We both explained the situation on what we ordered and how it was our first time their. Instead of making it right and believing us they said you pay 30.00 and never come back again. They brought us our check and it was for 40.00. I have never had such rude servers and managers in my life. The server didn't understand what we wanted and I clarifed with him what we wanted. We have no problem paying for what we ordered, but when you get a check and it's all different from what you even ordered that's not right. And they really told us they would call the cops if we didn't just pay and not come back. DON'T go to this place for a good...

Honestly, I do really like the food here but there are little things that add up over time. The first time went there a month or so ago, I called in our order, got an order number, was asked a couple of questions, and hung up. My partner drove all the way there only for the woman to claim that I never called. I didn't call the wrong restaurant either. The woman swore up and down that I was making this up instead of admitting that she was so busy, she made a mistake. I even stated the things that she offered with my plate that I couldn't have known about if I didn't really talk to her. She then went to the back and then came back out and began showing my partner how there were no calls from me on her phone. I sent a screen shot of my minute long phone call to her establishment but she still insisted that I did not call. I really didn't appreciate it.
