Fit For Life Gym — Attraction in Bay City

terrible customer service and horrible owners. its insulting i have to give them one star. they refuse to turn the AC on.... In Texas... not turning on the AC? employees informed us it was due to cheapness of owners. Was told by the owners that they dont care when asked to address the volume level of the music and not have songs with excessive amount of curse words. several people complained that their hearing was not the same for several days after attending aerobic classes. They lost some members due to their lack of customer service. hope others choose a gym where they are valued and heard.

I have never felt so welcomed in my life!! The staff is so helpful and understanding and I'm so happy I started going here! I can't wait to go every other day!! (Update) : I got to talk to one of the staff off customer service time and he was a sweet heart! I actually got so much more comfortable there my second day and got a lot done, he help me feel so welcome even if he wasn't working. I am starting to get so much better with my social anxiety cause of the gym and I actually feel so much energy when I go and want to go everyday! You actually won't find a more welcoming gym in town. I highly recommend this gym for how much machines, weights, and space they have. The staff are so understanding about new comers not knowing much about machine's. And staff is 100/10! I do recommend this place for how good the prices are and how well runned the place is....

Tried to sign up for a membership and staff made me so unwelcome. Asked "What do you want?!" I said I wanted to get a membership and work out. They were surprisingly rude asking if I had the cash to pay for a month and a half up front. I told them money wasn't an issue, but they made me feel like my credit was no good or that I wasn't good enough to work out there. I decided that there were other gyms in town that will be happy to take mine and my friends money and I wasn't going to patronize their business. They should cover "customer service" in their staff...
