Bridgepointe at Bayonne has been an amazing experience so far. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. Bayonne itself feels like a quieter, more peaceful option compared to NYCāstill close enough to stay connected, but with a growing, up-and-coming charm that makes it a great place to settle in.
Eames, the building manager and leading agent, was incredibly friendly, understanding, and nonjudgmental. He answered every question I had with patience and a smile. Heās sharp, professional, and clearly on top of his gameāsomeone who knows how to get things done while making you feel completely at ease. Itās rare to meet someone in this field whoās not only good at what they do, but genuinely kind. Eames brings both, and it made all the difference. Everything I needed was provided, and the entire move-in process was arranged quickly, which I really appreciatedāespecially since they worked hard to get me in on my preferred timeline.
The maintenance team deserves just as much praiseāMartƬn and Keith have been wonderful. They completed my first service request the same day I submitted it online, and brought such a warm, welcoming energy that instantly made me feel comfortable. Theyāre efficient, professional, and seem to be a steady presence keeping the community running smoothly.
The place was clean and ready when I arrivedāmaybe just the faintest sign that the third-party cleaning crew had to move fast (like a crumb or two left behind in a cabinet)ābut honestly, thatās completely understandable given the quick turnaround, and it didnāt take away from the care that went into the rest of the experience.
One tip: since the office manages multiple complexes, Iād recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time rather than dropping in. If you plan ahead, the experience is truly five stars all the way.
I also love that I can remotely let delivery drivers in, which adds a great modern convenience.

I understand that there is a pandemic but there has been no compassion from the corporate office to help resolve the matter. They specifically said once they mail it, it's not their problem to track it and insure that it has been delivered. With health issues I was forced to wait an 1hr in line at the post office only to be told that my letter wasn't there and when I called corporate they say wait 3 more days. She was not very pleasant on the phone and after a lot of back and forth finally agreed to stop payment on the lost check. Extremely unprofessional and I will never recommend the property. The people that work on site have been amazing but the corporate office has soured my experience. Previous review: Camelot has been a great place to call home after 3 years. Francelle was wonderful and has always been there to answer any and every question. Kevin has kept both buildings and the grounds in great shape and was always there if I needed help.
