So from the moment I walked in, it was very weird. I walked in to order breakfast. First time trying this place. First, I asked for a hero bacon egg and cheese sandwich with a coffee. The lady says…. “It’s $6.50.” (Which is extremely expensive but I was willing to pay it anyway) I then say “for a hero or roll”. She replies… it’s 6.50 and up. So I said alright I’ll get that then. Then I repeat my order. She quickly writes it down and walk away. As I’m trying to pay nothing is loading in my phone so the cellular connection in there is horrible. Once I got outside again my phone was working fine. - Once I get my food I see it’s a roll. I say I ordered a hero and she replies no you didn’t, you didn’t say anything but take this… it’s the same thing.. you’re saving 50 cents. Etc. I can tell she’s working on online orders and walk-in’s perhaps but the customer service was horrible. And her response to the issue and her tone wasn’t appreciated. I would have disputed the issue if I wasn’t in a rush. I just ended up paying and leaving. This was an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. I will not recommend or return. Hopefully, moving forward they are more attentive to the specifications of their customers orders and to their...
Read moreWe were filming near by and we stopped in to grab food here! Great place and great food. Only reason it didn't get a 5 star was because the person running the front wasn't 100% focused when taking my order. I asked and made sure to specify "no cheese" on my order. Sure enough, when I got my order it had cheese on it. I knew it would happen since he wasn't very attentive to me when taking my order. I then said if they could fix it. They made me a new one. I could tell the guy was reluctant to do it. So I bought and paid for a second one (even though I really didn't have to) and I gave the one with cheese to a co worker. He also almost over charged me but luckily I caught it. Maybe the guy was having an off day or maybe he just isn't suitable to run the front?
Either way, that doesn't take away from the food...
Read moreThis is the truth, Palermo is just a convenience down by 3rd Street. The food is not good, but what is worst than the food is the Lady who works there, the filipino lady, the wife of Robert. She is rude, arrogant, and she doesn't know how to treat people or her workers. She acts like she is from some royal filipino family. Not sure what this lady worked in before but I’m sure it is not customer service. They should sell this place to a real business owner. Don’t waste your money going here. To the owner’s wife, Learn to treat your customers with respect, take ownership in your nasty attitude, it may be too late to change your attitude, so just stay off the counter. (To the daughter don't bother responding, I...
