Stopped by here to get a screen fixed. Wasted time but thankfully got my money back.

Issues with the new screen/frame: -Lagging, less interactive when I press the buttons. Screen didn't feel like original glass. -The screen was slightly smaller compared to my original one. The screen display had a black border at the bottom of my screen that was about 1 cm thicker. Noticed it instantly. -Finger scanner did not work with the new screen.

Other: -My slide button for vibration/ringer/silent mode did not work. Had to come back again to have Michael re-install it correctly.

I bought all of these issues up that this new screen is not compatible. Michael said it was the exact same model that he ordered. He had every excuses for the issues I brought up.

Screen being shorter than original "oh it's just the black screen. This is the same model."

Finger scanning not working? "It is because of your new screen protector." I disagree, this is the same brand I've been using for 3 years.

I asked to put my original screen back. Finger scanner didn't work. He said that it is internally my phone's problem! I use my finger scanner everyday for different apps and prior to visiting here, it worked. After the installation it does not.

I asked for a full refund, and he was willing to only give me partial, charging me the $50 for 'service/installation.' He took my pink copy receipt and wouldn't give it back to me. It was proof of the full $110 charge and with down payments. I kept asking for it or even a picture and he refused. Finally, he refunded me everything.

I would avoid coming here. Cheap materials and my phone was messed up during installation. He kept saying "I'm not responsible for your phone.."

Update - about an hour after using my phone, the finger scanner somehow worked again. Probably was finicky after it was opened 3...

I went two hours prior to closing one day to get my phone fixed. The man I spoke with told me he would have it done before closing and that he would give me a call when it’s ready for pickup. Not only did I have to call him 30 minutes before closing to get an estimate of how much longer it would take, but I also disclosed over our call that I was on the way to pick it up regardless if the issue was solved. I arrived three minutes after they closed and the shop was empty, locked, and not answering any calls. I understand there is a closing time, but when you have someone else’s phone and you’re not communicating with them, there should be a bit more grace in the timing. I was not able to pick my phone up until the next day. Not only was this incredibly inconvenient, but it was inconsiderate, invasive, and unprofessional. Terrible Services I warn you if you have a Iphone that hasn’t been open just go to Apple Store this guy will literally take your parts and put fake ones in causing more damage. I had to learn the hard way my camera just zooms in and out, bluetooth doesn’t work, and can’t connect to facetime all after fixing my Iphone 13 here. Not only did he not fix it he tried to say there was nothing he can do. DO NOT COME HERE!!! If I knew my phone was going to be like this after the repair I would’ve never even agreed to get any services from him. I don’t benefit of anything doing this post just saving people their money and time from this scammer SO AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT COME...
