Nicole's Bridal and Prom Boutique — Attraction in Beachwood

Let me start by saying this review took me several weeks to write as our family was treated with 5 stars as well as 1 star and I will explain why. As a mother of twins you could imagine what an exciting time it is to go dress shopping. Due to the delayed confirmation of actually scheduling a prom, our daughters had to pick their dresses with their grandmother as I was on FaceTime. The care and service during both of their appointments was fabulous UNTIL it was time to pick up their dresses. One dress, which was ordered in the correct size for one of our daughters fit as if it were made for her. She was thrilled and we were extremely satisfied with everything. Our other daughter ordered a dress in a specific size which we were told AFTER WE ARRIVED AND SHE WAS IN THE FITTING ROOM WITH IT NOT ZIPPING was not available in her size so they kept the original. Even via FaceTime I said SEVERAL times the dress needed to be ordered one size up. My question of which I never received an answer was “When you couldn’t get the dress in the correct size, why wouldn’t you call us earlier to try to rectify the situation?” My daughter was in tears thinking she did something wrong and had worked hard to build her confidence. Nicole said it was the style of the dress. I know style and body types differ, but the free did not zip because it wasn’t her size! That was no fault of my child’s. In the end Nicole mad her sister worked to find a beautiful dress and did AT MY EXPENSE. She didn’t find it in her heart to give us even the slightest discount. Honestly ?? I spent an additional $121 for my daughters second dress. In my heart I believe true 5 star customer service would’ve given us a discount or at least SOMETHING TO SHOW A SINCERE APOLOGY. You would think I asked for the new dress at no additional cost. For this reason I am saddened by their customer service. I hope no one EVER has to go through something like this again and Nicole learns from...

I wish I could give this place a million stars if that was possible because this experience was something like no other. I recently bought my dress this past December and I just cannot stop raving about how AMAZING Nicole’s boutique is. From the second I walked in, I just knew this place was special and that it was so obvious Nicole truly just loves what she does. If you haven’t been there or read about the experience yet, then I’d love to explain how different this place was compared to the 7 other bridal shops I’ve been to!

So first you make an appointment & have the entire boutique to yourself which felt really cozy! Then before trying on dress she let us tour the boutique and decide which of the 3 rooms that were all designed different depending on the vibe of your wedding. There’s a beautiful boho themed room, a classic black and white themed room & a beautiful floral themed room. We were free to try on a dress and then go into different rooms to see the dresses in different lighting as well :) The rest of the experience was something out of my bridal dreams. She designs all of her dresses and never makes the same dress twice (which I think is so special). Nicole listened so close and meticulously to what I was envisioning in my head and made it a reality. She only pulled dresses within my budget & I have to say every single dress was truly one of a kind & just so comfortable & absolutely breathtaking. If you’re looking to elevate the dress or have 2 looks in one dress, she he has soooo many detachable sleeves, cuffs, detachable skirts, veils, etc that can just really enhance your look on the day of! I couldn’t be happier with my dress and that I found a bridal shop that is just so much more than a shop selling bridal gowns. And I truly hope that any bride considering making an appointment here just goes for it because I assure you, you will be...

Where do I even begin! If I could give Nicole’s Boutique 10 stars I would. As soon as Nicole walked into my bridal room, her energy immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was so down to earth, warm hearted, and made me feel like I was shopping with a friend. She listened to what details I was looking for and delivered all of them. She was honest, knowledgeable, and attentive which truly made the experience a night I will always remember. Days prior, I had been to a few bridal boutiques where I did not have the best experience. After leaving each place, I felt helpless, sad and discouraged. Everything changed the moment she brought the first dress for me to try on. I immediately felt confident, excited, and finally relaxed knowing I was in good hands. All of her dresses are absolutely stunning, and designed by her! Myself, my mom, sister and best friend literally loved every dress from start to finish. She is not only incredibly talented, warm hearted and helpful- her love for what she does speaks for itself. She literally changed my entire shopping experience and made it full of love, and excitement. I found my dream dress and took it home that night! All of her dresses are one of a kind, LITERALLY. We went a little over the 90 minute appointment, and she never made me feel rushed or that I “ran out of time” which other boutiques made clear. After a said Yes to The Dress, she got us complimentary bubbly and we sat in the lounge celebrating.
