I purchased a 1200$ Bed in August 2020, didn’t receive anything until October 2020. I was already paying for it and still nothing was delivered. My items kept prolonging. I ended up having the bed for about 5 months in March and the material broke. When I lifted up my bed it happens to be the material is cheap and stapled together with a thin piece of board for the frame. I contacted Aggys furniture she insisted we broke it they’re material is not cheap. She then said they can replace the part but basically that’s about it. She brought the piece and I had it on for 1 week and the full board support ended up falling. The wood pieces that actually holds the mattress up completely just dropped to the ground. I messaged them and they don’t answer. I just want people to know what your paying for because I spent way too much money for them not to want to give me a whole new bed. And then lie and say the material is expensive my pictures clearly show that the material is cheap. I have a queen bed and the support was not going to be held up by staples. And then the thin pieces of wood they nailed on the bed frame to support the bed was super cheap support. I think it’s so unfair that they won’t help to make things better atleast. I paid my payments on time never was late and I even paid in full early so that I can then open up another account. Read moreMy husband and I wanted to buy a box spring. After going to the four other mattress stores in Beaumont, we ended up at Aggy’s. Gerardo had the best price including delivery by far. We were excited to be able to help a local business. We set up delivery for a Thursday afternoon. Gerardo told us they would call to tell us a more precise time. After hearing nothing by 2 pm on Thursday, I called the store. My call went to voicemail, but the mailbox was full. I called 4 more times over the next 45 minutes before getting ahold of Gerardo. He told me they would be here at 5. 5 came and went. We got no phone call or a delivery. The next day my husband called and talked to a woman. She said she would check into a delivery time and call him back. 1 ½ hours later my husband called back and was told they’d deliver between 5 & 6 pm. We did not get a phone call or delivery that evening either. On Saturday morning we both went back to the store. The gentleman there called Gerardo who told him they’d deliver in 2 hours. We told him that if our box spring was not delivered by the close of business, we’d be back for a full refund. We did get our delivery at 1 pm on Saturday. Read moreI absolutely loved shopping at Aggy’s Furniture store, they have really low prices compared to the other stores I went to in Beaumont! When I first walked into the store they immediately greeted me and were very helpful as to what I need and what I was looking for. I also loved how they were wearing masks and cleaning and sanitizing everything.They have tons of awesome catalogs to look through and find exactly what I need. They even helped me look but didn’t hover over me and pressure me into buying something. I did end up purchasing a bed frame from a catalog. They were able to get it within 1 and a half weeks and delivered it to me later that day for only $40 to assemble and deliver in Beaumont.
