Best Audio 1 Accessories — Attraction in Beaumont

If I could give them a minus stars I would. They installed my radio and after they installed it I started having problems with my cluster going out. Brought it back to them and they said everything was fine and the didn't see any problems with it and that it must be something else wrong with my car. SO, when I took it to the Ford dealership and after $410 @ the dealership, they said that who ever installed my radio did not install it right and that some of the radio wires where exploded and where pinched and rubbing against the melt causing it to back feed through the cluster. So I took it to Performance Audio and they rewired the radio, another $275.00. Now after spending an extra $685 on top of paying my initial price of what Audio-1 charged, my cluster is working right. (No thanks to Audio-1) So unless you have money to throw down the drain, I NOT...

This place is a joke. It was so bad, I had to get Visa Fruad Prevention involved to get my money back. I went in for a sime pull and drop speaker replacement. On my way home, I noticed thay the sound was "off". Then I rolled my window down and they disconnected. Well then I checked the box where the new focal speakers came in and guess what I found... Yup, I found that they didn't install all fpir but rather only two. And, they used no adapters to make them sit flush. The sound was terrible! I went back and told them and they said it was not their problem and that I needed to figure something oit with THEIR Installer! Long story short, I contacted d my bank and they did an investigation and found tjat they have had several similar complaints. The bank reversed all patents and I was able to get all my money back. ...

I ended up contacting Audio 1, after Edge in Nederland was booked 2 weeks ahead and Unique installer didn't call back. I am glad I did. They have done everything I asked, and was treated there instantly with respect and as a friend. They hooked up my old amp with L2Ci processor, replaced door speakers, and lend me their woofer until mine show up as a courtesy. Music, sometimes loud, is a sort of therapy for me.
