Dawg i don’t know who told these chic-fil-a “execs” that the outdoor-order-taker and outside-in-the-sun-mobile-cashier worked so well, because it is the worst experience I’ve had ordering food. First off, I don’t know the menu enough to tell the outside-order-taker(OOT for short) what I want. I need to look at the pictures dawg, your tendies aren’t named “chicken tenders” they’re named chick-n-strips or some weird crossword synonym for the word tenders. Feeling pressured because I didn’t know the whole menu and had to order some number 1 like some cookie-cutter. The OITSMC (outside-in-the-sun-mobile-cashier) took my card, held me in spot for 2 minutes, then remembered they didn’t accept cards outside. Dawg this is a college town. Nobody carries cash. Scratch that, how do you not remember you don’t accept card off the bat. Probably from being in the sun and getting dehydrated with this Texas heat. Finally getting to the first window and getting charged was another hassle. Getting charged for the correct order was as tough as for the INC(Indoor-NonMobile-Cashier) as it was for me to remember the correct way to order tendies(chick-n-strips, looked it up). Multiple orders were mixed up and I ended up paying more . A small price to pay to learn how ineffective and inefficient OOTs and OITSMC really are. I will boycott chick-fil-a not for their views on sexual preference, or on their religious views as a company, but on this outdoor exploration of roamers that try to take my order without showing me pictures of the food and try take my non-solid money without remembering they only accept coins and...
Read moreWorst Chickfila experience and I know Chickfila. Something happened here I've never experienced before at any Chickfila. I order no one was in line just me. Pull up to the window pay and nothing. No drink, no food. The dining room was near empty there were maybe 8 cars in the parking lot, counting mine. The girl returns to the window and tells me to pull forward. I do, but first I had to request that I get at least my drink she made it. Also I asked to get some Chickfila Sauce she assured me it would be in the bag. So I pull up dumbfounded for a 12 nugget meal, but things happen. So I wait and wait. Finally other cars are appearing in the drive through. I continue to sit. I was forced to move to keep from blocking traffic. Then I see a worker with a bag of food he's walking towards me and turns away then I start trying (waving, yelling, honking mind you this is not NYC this would stand out)to get his attention to not avail. He goes back in I pull around to the window the girl at the window tells him that I'm at the window after trying to chase him down. He walks out of the restaurant again and up to the window and hands me my food from outside the drive through window. I'm flabbergasted, even the girl in the window is looking like what the heck! I drive of after spending 15mins on what is usually a 4min transaction. Get home and find the nuggets are I wouldn't say burned but they were very dark, dry, & crunchy. And the kicker no Chickfila Sauce. I know this is a new store but I'll give it more time...
Read moreBy FAR, this is the worst experience I have ever had at a Chick Fil A! Got there and had ordered before 1010. Was asked to pull forward to wait because of the chicken strips I ordered. Then proceeded to sit for over 10 minutes and watch car after car receive their food and drive off. I finally gave up and pulled around, parked, then went inside and my order was sitting there, ready. I had to ask for my drinks, which were all over-filled and spilling everywhere, and was again told that the wait was because of my chicken strips. How long do chicken strips take to make at a restaurant that almost exclusively sells fried chicken products??? I always come at that time to get lunch for my kids to bring to school during their lunch week and have never had this issue. They always have come out fresh and in a reasonable amount of time. We also did not get any straws with our order OR any of the sauces we requested. Honestly, the condescending smiling, 'sorry about that', and 'have a nice day' responses were less than desirable and did NOTHING to diffuse the situation. I'm sure they could care less, but I will just take our business to other Chick Fil As that continue to provide...
