Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Beaumont

Very rude supervisor. The big sign says drive thru carry out. I moved out of the drive thru line since seeing this sign. I went inside and was rudely told I could not come in. I told her about the sign and she told me to read the sign on the door. You can't read it from your car. If you need glasses you better have them on to read the entire printed sign on the door. The big sign needs changing. Yesterday I walked in to Popeyes and placed my order. I walked into black bear diner to place my order also. So why different at DQ. I went to dollar tree to get ice cream instead and surely saved some money. I spend a lot of Money eating out since I travel so much. I will not be spending any if it here. Just because of the current situation I even tip for carry out. I have been in food service for over 30 years. Your supervisor there needs to respect customers. This alone tells me not...

Bought a $14 meal. A 4 piece steak finger basket with a drink and a small sundae. Got my basket and they tell me I didn’t buy a sundae. They never gave me a receipt so I asked to pull up the previous ones and they say “oh I can’t help with that..” literally had my receipt on the table and they say that wasn’t mine. Oh well; will go to the one down the street. Not gonna cry for a few bucks but it’s the principle and give a crud factor. Also; when you order a 4 piece steak finger basket they give you 3 steak fingers and a chicken strip haha. Oh well. Update. I visited Dairy Queen at least three times a week. I order the same thing Butterfinger blizzard large but today was by far the second worst time. It started with the drive-through worker who was very rude. Then, once I got to the window, I paid for my order, received my ice cream and noticed that my cup was busted open in several spots. So I pulled back to the drive-through ask for the manager the manager comes to the window and I let her know the issue about my cup busted open and several spots you can see where the Styrofoam is missing and I’m afraid that my ice cream has styrofoam in it. And the only thing the manager did was take my cup of ice cream, close the window and double the cups and pass it right back out. Never did she apologize or try to rectify...
