Rockfield Park — Attraction in Bel Air

THIS PARK-IS ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY BEAUTIFUL, AND BLESSES ANY/ALL PARENTS,FAMILIES, BUT MOST OF ALL 🤗🤗🤗😍😍😍 THE CHILDREN-NO MATTER THE AGE 😊😊👍❤! HAD THE BEST FUN EVER-AS A GROWN CHILD AKA-GAMMIE 🐄! MY SON IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE MY ENTIRE WORLD- BUT, UNTIL YOU EXPERIENCE " THE GAMMIE " EFFECT-AND NOONE CAN REMOTELY PUT INTO WORDS "THAT EXTRA SPECIAL BOND IN YOUR ❤ YOU COULD POSSIBLY HAVE/FEEL FOR A GRANDDAUGHTER/GRANDSON WHICH IS A BEAUTIFUL GIFT FROM YOUR VERY OWN CHILD THAT WAS YOUR WORLD ALWAYS, BUT TIE IN YOUR CHILD'S CHILD , AND NOW " THEY ARE YOUR WHOLE UNIVERSE! SPEECHLESS IN YOUR WORDS IS HOW TO EXPLAIN THIS GREATEST OVERWHELMING FEELING IN YOUR ❤ , SOUL AND LIFE! WHEN I GET THE CALL FROM MY SON NEXT TIME & HE SAYS " MOM-WOULD YOU LIKE TO GO TO THE PARK WITH US?????? UMMMMMM- UNEQUIVOCALLY " YES " ! IT WILL BE A TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF 👣 GAMMIE AND PLAY IN THE SAND WITH ME!!! As of 8/29/2025, this park is in great shape.

There is a huge wooden playground with all kinds of physical activities and obstacles.

In the back of the playground area, there is a giant sand box that the kids can play in.

Open, clean bathrooms, a decent parking lot, lots of benches and shaded areas to relax, and a covered picnic area.

There is also a fantastic water play area with manual pumps that the kids can use. They can also manually redirect the water through different paths, or block all the paths and flood the whole thing. This part of the park is popular with kids every time we come here.

Behind the playground area, there are walking trails if you're looking for a nice walk through a wooded path.

When I looked at reviews, they all seemed to be from years ago, so I wanted to provide this more recent update. Still a great park....

It's a great park. There are lots of things for kids to enjoy. Very nice sandbox area. My grandson had a great time there. The water pump was very slow. Pretty much the reason we went there. It was very hot outside. We figured he could send boats in the stream. But not enough water came out. We loved the water fountain. There's even a place to fill your water bottle. We didn't use the restroom but we did see other people going in and out of there. That's always a plus when you have little ones. We'll...
