I used the smoothie king app to order my boyfriend and myself smoothies. I was planning on picking up at the festival location, but with them saved as my favorite, I accidentally placed the order for this store. Within seconds, I was calling trying to get them to cancel my order. I called SIX times before they answered the phone. I explained what happened and she proceeded to tell me “sorry they’re already made we can’t do a refund”, even though I called immediately after placing my order. I told her I wanted to speak with her manager and she told me she’d have to contact her. She called and I missed it so she left me a voicemail. She repeated exactly what her staff said that they would not refund me my almost $15 order. She told me that I could either come pick them up or get a credit for the same day even though I never planned on going to this location. Infuriated, I decided to go through another manager from a different location. After contacting them, they stated they never spoke with me and pretty much they didn’t know what she was talking about even though the manager from this location left me a voicemail!! I arrived only to find out they were out of stock. The girl who rang me apologized not knowing I called ahead of time. I requested a refund because I didn’t want anything else. When they eventually come out, they always have both airpods in and just stand in front of the register without saying a word and wait for you to order.
