I am giving 2 stars only because I contacted them through their website, and they called me the very next day. However, speaking to them on the phone to try and make an initial appointment was a disaster. The person I spoke with was not paying attention to what I was saying, and kept talking to other people while I was in the middle of speaking. When I indicated what insurance I had, they kept insisting I had a different type of insurance, which made no sense whatsoever. It was so bad, the person couldnât even get my birthdate right and I had to repeat it over and over. Both my long-term psychiatrist and new therapist had left the company around that time, but I was open to being reassigned to new healthcare professionals because I figured the quality of care would be the same.
