During a recent spring cleaning project, I broke a 24x36 window in my bedroom. Immediately I started calling around at the different glass companies and was discouraged by all the unprofessional and scrupulous folks I was dealing with on the phone.
I noticed 7 glass and gave them a call and instantly knew I was dealing with somebody who was open and honest and informative. What a relief to speak to someone who actually cared about the business he was doing and knew enough about it to give me options and how to fix this broken window.
Ethan was very friendly and went out of his way to help me fix this issue before I left town for a while. I felt stressed and under the gun but the next thing I knew I had new glass in the window frame and back in the bedroom. Seven glass surpassed all expectations in every sense of the word.
There was no surprises and no problems, just a wonderful professional job and the process that was clear as glass, pun intended. I hope I don't break any more windows, but if I do, I know 7 glass is my place, and I highly...

However they gave me instructions on how I could do the job myself, recommendations on products to use to remove the old sealant and install the new, and took measurements to order the exact size of pane I needed. Due to the supply issues (that everyone is having right now) it took longer to get that piece of glass than expected, and they were apologetic and gave me a discount for the trouble.
I'm not their typical customer, just ordering one small pane of glass, but I appreciate the time they took with me and if I have a larger project in the future I'll be using them! They didn't care that it was a small insignificant project, they treated me as one of their "real" customers and that...
Read moreReplaced a customized window with 7 Glass. It took more than 3 months, which makes us miss the best time to sell the property. I understand there is a supply chain issue. But it would be a lot better to know the estimated wait time before making the deposit. Then we don't know need to change the plan again and again.
Follow up to the owner's comment: As you are aware, that window was smashed off. Thus without it, it can't be sold, period. True that winters are typically not the best time to sell homes, but 2021 winter (Dec 2021 - Feb 2022) was an exception. Email records show that I got estimated delivery date one month after deposit. If I knew that would take more than 3 months, I would search for other methods, like fixing...
