If i had a chance i can give negative rating. Initially I booked with them for laser treatment in group on paid 599$ for full legs and 599$ for full arms for 6 session laser sittings. 1st sitting was done by Vaneesa she did my full laser in less than 20 minutes. I thought this is how they do. 2nd sitting was with another person who could not even speak a single word English and she was using translator it became very tough for me to communicate with her to address my issue as I could not see any change in my hair growth. Again 3rd sitting was done by Vaneesa, I addressed my issue she said it would go down as the session would come to an end. I asked her what if it does not get reduced, she promised me that they would do additional sessions for the same price like $99 per session. when I went for 4th session she was not working there any more different person had done at that time. I dint see any result on my arms and legs.For 5th and 6th sessions I had a different person Veronica she said just wait for 6th session after that you would see reduction in the hair growth. after 6 sessions I went again Veronica was gone by then. I had to pay extra 200$ for 7th session i could see little difference. When I went for my 8th session OMG the owner was very rude they do not know what is customer service and asked me to pay around 450 dollars, I was like why would I pay as i was promised from your former employee. she said she is not working here anymore, so what? it was very awkward situation. How would any feel they spent around 1600$ for laser and do not see any difference? Such a terrible experience I can say. Extremely disappointed with my experience — not worth the money or the stress. I scheduled an appointment to dissolve my previous lip filler, and the clinic messaged me to reschedule. I agreed, but they never followed through and ended up charging me a no-show fee — for an appointment they didn't properly reschedule.

When I finally did get in, I was charged a completely different amount than what I originally booked for. That was the first red flag.

During my second visit (for the actual filler), I was left waiting in the lobby for over two hours with zero communication or updates. No one greeted us when we arrived — not even a simple "hello" — just an iPad to check in with. When I was finally seen, a new practitioner in training was allowed to do my lips. She was so shaky and nervous that she left the needle stuck in my lip. I understand people have to learn, but I came here paying for a top-tier professional, not someone fresh out of school who can't even hold a syringe properly.

A week later, I developed multiple hard lumps in my lips — something that has never happened to me in past experiences with other clinics. I came back for a follow-up (which had been scheduled during the filler appointment), and was told the lumps could be due to the technique or my aftercare. I’ve followed the same aftercare instructions before and never had this issue. They had to dissolve the lumps, and now my lips look nothing like what I wanted.

In the end, I spent far more than I should have for results that are worse than when I started. This place is completely disorganized, lacks basic professionalism, and the staff is clearly not trained to the standard they advertise. Don’t waste your money or time here. You deserve better...

Had an appointment on February 24 at 4pm, the moment I got there the person that was at the front desk told me that they don’t take appointments at 4pm and had no one there until 5pm, I couldn’t wait inside because she had to leave but that someone would be her at 5. I drove 2:30 hours from where I live to be seen so I was like okay I really want to be seen didn’t drive that much for nothing, eventually turns to 5:45pm nothing no one was there yet, I started calling them texting them and emailing them to get some information on what’s going on. Absolutely nothing. Mind you I was not the only one waiting there, there was another client waiting since 5pm as well. By the time I got a email it was about 7ish and told me they would offer me discount and would make sure my appointment was there priority, I was upset about it but they did give me the explanation why that happened. So i replied and said I would love to be seen on march 10th since I can’t come sooner since i have to work with my husbands schedule and need to find a sitter. TELL ME WHY THEY DECIDED TO NEVER REPLY TO ME AGAIN, I HAVE ALL THE PROOF OF ME DOUBLE TEXTING THEM ON MESSAGER AND EMAILS. ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY BUT continue to post their content and have absolutely ignored any communication IM trying to make with them. Super disappointed on how they handled this I was on time for my appointment on feb 24 waited 1:45 hours to be seen and for them to give me nothing but just ignore my messages trying to reschedule with them I will definitely give it it’s true 5 stars I know this place deserves but not even replying when I am trying to get rescheduled is upsetting.
