Ace Rent-to-Own — Attraction in Bellevue

I stopped by this Ace to Tent own here in Bellevue as a first time, walk in customer . I came across 2 sales people . The one male in the back greeted me but the female sales person never greeted me nor introduced herself to me . I went straight for a flat screen stand and asked if there was a good deal . She never asked what my budget was nor got ask what I needed . I told her I am looking for a really good deal . In fact, I mentioned to her I found good deals on FB marketplace but was not willing to drive the distance . I said,” might as well see what you have to offer down the street if you can offer me a good deal.” We went back and forth on her offer and she appeared to get irritated. I purposed we start over and now all of sudden, this female sales person shifted in to high gear offended mode and said “ sorry but we are not FB marketplace “ I said, "you said it all" and walked away . I asked her name and she said her name was Mindy . Is Ace Rent to own the new ghetto side of Walmart ? She displayed no customer service experience whatsoever. In fact , I would have guessed she was a rookie in sales who Ace Rent to own desperately hired straight out of Walmart. Horrible service !! Yikes !! Never going back to any of those Rent own places. Moreover, I get better customer service from FB marketplace and not to mention...

For those of us who dont have great credit but need things it's an option. When I need things I make a list by priority and then start by getting number one and if you pay it off in 3or 4 months you dont pay all the extra interest. Little known secret. So do it one at a time. You work with them and they will work with you. If you get something pre-rented it's cheaper. You can check it over before getting it. And anything you are making payments on is covered if it needs repaired. If you need something you dont see ask they can probably get it for you. I love them. I use the one in Bellevue....

Worked with Mindy, she's very good and very patient. Ordered 3 beds, 2 queens and a twin. My queen ended up being to low on the new frame, so she ordered a box frame,, then that ended up being to high, she ordered a smaller one. I have back problems and now that I could get on and lay down on the mattress was way to soft, and ordered me a firmer mattress. Mindy is great to work with, I really appreciated her friendliness, and all her patience changing the bed out for different so, I received something I could sleep on comfortably!!! Thanks so much...
