Runza Restaurant — Restaurant in Bellevue

I decided to go to Runza today to get some food. But when I ordered a burger I noticed that the patty was misshapen. I took the burger to the counter and asked If I could get a new one (because I didn't know at the time that it was homemade). A few seconds later an employee comes out to to tell me that they're homemade, and right after her a woman (the manager most likely) comes out and says "Seriously?! Seriously?! It's homemade...". I just sat in silence as she said that. She said it in a hostile way for some reason. I was honestly appalled by her reaction towards a customer (me). I asked if I could get a new one and was told that I couldn't get another one (they had the other burger that I showed them). I was given a refund thankfully. I am just really frustrated that the manager refused to give me another burger because I said something about the shape of the patty. While i was walking out I said in a sarcastic tone "Thanks for the great service", and guess what? The manager said "#### you sir." My husband needed to have the nostalgia of a "Runza". Him being born & raised in Omaha! He got his fix. I don't like Runzas at all. They are not my cup of tea, not even a little bit. I had a cheeseburger, which was fresh, clean, & tasty! Fresh cold slices of pickle on it and all. The onion rings has actual onions rings inside and not some weird onion paste. Our food came fast and it was a very clean location. They got extra points for having hot water do wash your hands in the 🚻. The staff was nice & courteous. It's fast food. Its fast. Its filling. Its tasty. Its cheap. Its bad for you. Runzas are a welcome alternative when you're just burgered out. And the staff at this location on Galvin Rd are always super pleasant. They even gave my dog ice cream at the drive thru once, though Runza I don't think has a pup cup policy like some places.
