If you can't serve even decent food maybe it is time to consider closing down the restaurant. We thought about driving up the street a bit to eat at Umami, but were in a hurry and this was close to home. Big mistake. My family and I were treated to the worst Asian-fusion dining experience that we all could remember. My wife and 2-year old are now sick and I am not at this point, which I mostly attribute to years of digesting MRE's in service of our country conditioning my stomach to tolerate such sustenance-level rations of sewer fare. (MRE's are very good these days I hear.) Sweet and Sour Chicken is supposed to be crispy, yet it was soaked in some type of red sweet sugar brine that would take the chrome off of any tail pipe. It was soggy, and that is being kind. The pot stickers were cold and tasted like they had gone past expiration, as well as the overcooked "egg" rolls which were much akin to some EXTREME deep fried attempt at some publicly shameful variant of kimchi rolls. Imagine burnt sauerkraut rolls--wait--burnt rotten sauerkraut rolls.

Shame on you for making our family sick Imperial Shanty, wasting our time and ruining our family evening. We will never eat at your 'establishment' again and will tell everyone we know not to eat @ImperialPalaceExpress. #donteathere

June/29/2021 at 9:19 I was with out knowing the closing time for was my first time ever going there. They were letting me order at drive-thru I couldn't figure out how they're ordering work's. So I said I'll drive around & go in the restaurant. Even though they obviously know I didn't know they're closing they Lock the door's & shut off all the lights at 9:27 on Me. I have arrived at many fast food restaurants even regular restaurants just before they closed they were kind to let Me order quickly & I pay real life money to them for the Food that I so desired. Imperial Palace Express did Not do any kindness. My given Star's is 3. June/30/2021 Ok I have ordered wing shrimp with steamed rice. I thought wing as an wing's with shrimp as it turned out. wing as an wing flavered shrimp 😲oh. So My given Star's is 3. Because they don't have some of the order's meaning what they mean. Also they don't have picture's next to the order's. Making it so you have No idea what or how they're serving the order's & is served with the shrimp in wing juice's. Ready to spill in your car. I never tried the food here until a few months ago. Well, the kitchen area of this place looks gross. The ceiling tiles look moldy and dirty and gross. The people who work here act like they are to good for their jobs. Broccoli and beef is my favorite Chinese food, and I will never order it from here again. Very disappointed. So I decided to give it another shot and got shrimp fried rice, again another disappointment. It was very dry and rubbery. Tonight I go there only because my boyfriend doesn't see a problem with their food, I only order fried rice for myself, THERE IS EGG SHELLS IN MY FRIED RICE!!!! MY ALMOST 4 YEAR OLD SON CAN CRACK AN EGG WITHOUT GETTING EGG SHELLS IN THE MIX!!!!! not only that, but the drive through guy handed me my change and let it blow away in the wind. It was only $1 that got away. But that's not the point, he didn't even offer me a new $1. Who let's go of change before the customer has it in their hand? Never...
