I experienced significant distress with the computer that was assigned to me. In the midst of the exam, the computer unexpectedly restarted itself to install auto-updates. This was unexpected and concerning, particularly considering the time-sensitive nature of the examination. I was surprised to discover that the computer, designated for such critical work, had auto-update functionality enabled.

Efforts were made to relocate me to a different workstation; however, the my exam session was locked, causing a delay of 20-30 minutes before the situation could be resolved. Unfortunately, by the time my exam resumed, a substantial portion of the allotted time had already passed. Consequently, I faced severe time constraints and, regrettably, fell short of the passing score.

I invested considerable time, effort, and financial resources—traveling 90 miles from Seattle to Bellingham—for this examination, which holds significant personal and professional importance. The unexpected disruptions at the testing center have left me feeling disheartened, as it appears that my dedication and commitment were compromised due to factors beyond my control.

Given the substantial financial investment associated with the exam fee, approximately $900, and the extensive preparation I undertook, I find it challenging to reconcile the outcome with the testing center's responsibility for diligence and operational efficiency.

Great service friendly group had a day where the government computers weren't working the had paper copies apply to get app next day. Picture taken no fuse no muse totally recommend this service.
