Pizza Time — Restaurant in Bellingham

Pizza was great, but the ordering was a pain. Had my order cancelled initially because of a problem with the ordering vendor, which fair they don't really have any control over that (also left a 18 dollar pending charge that still hasn't been voided). However after waiting for an hour and then calling them I put in a new order and it came out to a bit over 2 dollars more than my online order. The guy then suggested that I didn't order the same thing, which considering I was just ordering a two topping pizza I thought was unlikely. I figured out he was counting replacing the sauce with BBQ as an extra sauce. I told him that wasn't how it was calculated on the website but he insisted he was right. I later double checked and sure enough on a large pizza no extra charge is given for ordering BBQ sauce. I was hungry and now kind of annoyed with them as well so I just went with it at this point but I might think twice about ordering from them in the future. Just called there to order food. We ordered cheesy bread, and a medium pizza. Once we picked it up we notice they gave us mozzeralla sticks instead of cheesy bread. I called to get it sorted, and a guy said “we’re a bit too busy, call back in 30 minutes” then literally hung up on me! I didn’t even get to say a word. So I called again, and he said “we’re too busy, call back in a bit” then hung up AGAIN! So at this point I’m mad, I call for a 3rd time and before he can rudely cut me off, I say “something was wrong with our order, can you stop hanging up on me?”. Then he proceeded to talk down to me like I didn’t know the difference between cheese bread and mozzarella sticks. This was my first and will definitely be my last time dealing with them. I ordered 2 pizzas for me and my girlfriend. Both mediums with different toppings, one of them came as a large which was super appreciated. We’ve gotten pizzas delivered from here multiple times before and loved it. When we got our two pizzas this particular time we were disappointed to say the least. I work in the food service industry so I kept it respectful but the person I spoke to on the phone got defensive, like I had personally insulted his cooking skills. I would’ve been happy with remade pizzas or a refund. Even one of our pizzas remade but he said he couldn’t do anything for us and suggested if we don’t like it to not eat there again. I usually like the pizza and I’ve never had any problems before now but I’m not sure I’ll be spending my money...
