It reminded me of a clinic we're the workers are there just to get paid !!!! No real greeting from the reception . I could hear the other workers laughing talking about whatever on the social media and a worker just stars st me without speaking for about 2 minutes then I got to the room I notice the paperwork not changed the medical assist caught an extra attitude when I asked her to change it the did not I repeat did not wipe the actual table down and I said as ppl should no a paper change does not help with germs so she got another attitude and half way wipe the sitting area of exam table . Nicole The np was great as I told her about the attitude and wat took place she correctly wipe down the table .... I just wanna say if I was someone of administrators or owner of this facilities she would have been fired . It amazes me that the medical field shows no compassion .. . I don't fell that bad as I watched other patients come in and they got yeah I'm at work type attitude I AM A CORPORATE ADMIN FOR A HEALTH SYSTEMS YEAH 1 WOULD B FIRED AND THE OTHERS WOULD GET DISCIPLINE VERBALLY .... . I was taking son for a problem..... the place needed a cleaning as while they were sitting there gossiping they could of fix the chair and tables in the waiting area and called the cleaning crew to get n the corners of the facility with old dirt and dust piling up I was in a clinic in camden That didn't care ..... I accomplished what I needed and Nicole did that but everyone else .... should b replaced !!!!! Jot or not !!!! Weekend or not !!!!!!! YOUR STAFF NEEDS DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS!!!!!!! NO I WONT GO BACK BECAUSE OF THAT the state is for initial interaction verses Np her self
Time off arrival to time being seen was about total 20 minutes Great One thing I wanna add i was the parent of a 14 year old the m.a addressed all questions to him as I had to intervene about several questions asked as a new patient I know that I treat ppl the way I wanted to b treated !!!!!
Maybe because my child has horizon nj health ? I was black ? No they were as well .. unprofessional...Yessss!!!!!! They don't no any better .. with that on your team will this place last?...

My doctor that came in the room was the worst and when I mean by that is, I have a tooth infection. I was told by my doctor to go to urgent care to get amoxicillin to hold me over until I see them because obviously I have an infection I’ve been through this before I’ve had numerous Root canals toothaches you name it I’ve had it so I know how I’m feeling and because I didn’t have a fever, she was saying that she didn’t wanna call me in the amoxicillin because I don’t have a fever since when do you have a fever when you have a toothache? Then she was just very cocky and goes on to tell me that I have to sign a release in case something happens on the antibiotic, but I’ve been on antibiotic before it’s for tooth pain antibiotic will work with tooth pain. Everybody knows that I just don’t think she’s cut out for that job Because she does not know what she’s doing. It’s almost like she didn’t wanna help me. That’s how I felt. It’s almost like she didn’t believe that I have a tooth infection like why would I come to urgent care waste my time just to get amoxicillin it doesn’t make sense!! I feel like these urgent cares are getting worse and worse! Like who doesn’t help somebody that has a tooth infection give them an antibiotic. That’s the first thing that you’re supposed to do. I’m not even a doctor and I know that. She wanted my doctor’s phone number to call them and ask them if it was OK for her to give me amoxicillin! Then, while we were sitting in the office, I had called my doctor to verify with this woman said that my doctor said, and my doctor was like what she’s not giving you amoxicillin? She goes. I’m very shocked. She goes those places are getting worse and worse. So I don’t believe what she said that my doctor said because that’s not what my doctor told me! I just will not be returning to this...
   Read moreWent here because I suspected I had a blood clot (no really bad symptoms). The receptionist told me they couldn’t do any real tests but that the doctor could give me an opinion. When I went in the back, the nurse just told me over and over and over again that they couldn’t do anything at all and that the doctor would just say I had to go to the ER. I explained I was trying to avoid spending thousands at the ER and that I was hoping the doctor could assess for possible injury or a burst blood vessel and just check it out. The nurse just kept pushing back at me and saying over and over that they wouldn’t be able to do anything. Then the nurse acted like I was insane when I said I’d just leave and get a refund then. It was a Saturday, and the receptionist said she couldn’t give me a refund until she could call someone on Monday. I asked for written confirmation of the refund just to make sure my bases were covered. Apparently that was a huge ask, and the receptionist had to call someone on their day off. I appreciate the receptionist’s efforts, but it shouldn’t have been that big of an issue to refund me or just give me some type of confirmation that the refund would be processed on Monday. Don’t go here. Apparently they can’t even handle basic stuff based on the other...
